I chose Florida fine cars because of the great customer service that I got the first time I purchased from them in 2018. My salesman, Brandon was the best. I was able to do everything remotely and all I had to do was go in and sign all necessary documents and that’s it. Brandon was referred to me by a close friend of mine so I trusted that everything would go smoothly and also my past experience with them, helped ease my anxiety a little. So I never even test drove the vehicle prior to purchasing. Additionally, Being that I had a few hiccups on my credit report, Brandon was very patient and determined to get me financed within my desired price range. I must add that, Before driving off, there was a small issue with the cleanliness of the car, but The two gentlemen (I believe one of the guys name is Vincent) that helped me to my car, were great about helping me resolve the issue. Overall, Everyone there are very friendly and helpful. If your thinking to purchase from them, don’t hesitate. I would recommend Florida fine cars 100%

Had a great experience purchasing my first 2015 mustang GT. The sales guy did everything he could so I could take the car that same day. They were all professional and very cool. However after having the car 3+ months, the car has problems. Not any engine, transmission, or any major problems. Just very annoying and still expensive problems. The battery was very old and was corroding. $180. The paint on the hood has come off. I never noticed it at the dealer because it was a tiny part only that the paint was lifting up. Now its much larger. The starter was bad and it left me stranded, $600. Now the ac expansion valve is broken. Ac blows hot air only. $1600. 3 stars only. Trying to be as fair as possible.

MY QX80 HAS A BLOWNHEAD GASKET AT 60k MILES, $4,000 to repair, unacceptable and I will be filing a criminal complaint with the state. CROOKS Augustin assisted me in purchasing a 2015 infiniti qx80. My fiancé and I felt no pressure to buy and he carefully explained the features and condition of the car. I drove the vehicle to my mechanic (which I recommend anyone to do so before purchasing a used vehicle) and everything checked out. I made the decision to finance and Tamer was able to secure a great rate with my bank as the lender. I’m very happy with my new car and would definitely buy another from this dealership. Great customer service very professional, worked a deal out for me an I love my car.

As delivered, vehicle tires were low on air. Had asked salesman to have air added and was told it had been done. Had to stop on way home (225 miles) and add air. Car was also two quarts low on oil. Fortunately I checked that so did not do major damage to engine. Prices here are relatively good but be very careful to ensure normal maintenance items have been looked at. Vehicle had been set to show last service less than two months earlier and minimal miles since but oil was filthy dirty.

IQ was very Honest, informative, and patient. I went in initially wanted a certain type of vehicle I couldn't get it I felt discouraged but he helped me with other options. I appreciate that he was straight up and forward. And didn't just try to sell me anything.
