Flagstar Bank S Stephenson Ave, Iron Mountain

I just recently moved to the area and had some issues with my online account. Casey Flaminio was there to help me with any questions I had and the issue with my mobile app. I had pleasant experiences with other branches of Flagstar, but when Casey came to help, she was very polite, helpful and went above and beyond for helping me out. 12/10, I recommend her. The other employees are just as great too, but every time I went in, Casey was the one who helped me out.

I was travelling out of state and their atm stole my ONLY debit card. The manager was rude and unhelpful. Thank God I have a bank, and a banker that helped me in this situation. Truly an awful experience with this bank.

Flagstar Bank has impeccable customer service. They make every interaction personal and genuinely care about my finances. If your looking for a financial institution with a caring personal touch....this is the bank for you!

Alright this may seem like a minor thing but this really upset me. I googled the Wells Fargo in Iron Mountain, Michigan which is the closest Wells Fargo to us and it said the drive thru closed at 12 PM and the lobby closed at 1 PM on Saturdays, I even called ahead and the lady I spoke to looked up the location and time they closed and ever she said they close at 1PM! My boyfriend and I left our house at 11 to get there at 12:30, well we got there and they closed at noon! You guys need to update your information regarding your store houes on Google, your websites and your customer service representatives. Because of the inaccuracy on your websites and more we drove an hour and half for nothing.

This bank has the worst customer service. Pretty much does not exist! I would avoid doing business with this bank!! Not impressed at all.

My wife and I are moving back to the area and needed a local bank, however we travel a lot and wanted a bank with a larger footprint. Flagstar fit our needs, and they folks at Flagstar in Iron Mountain were great. Tiffany made opening our new accounts quick and easy. She made sure we had the mobile app all set up, and provided temporary debit cards for us to use until we get our permanent ones. Lastly, the branch manager called my wife to make sure we had a great experience and that all our questions were answered. Coming back from a big city, it's nice to get the small town friendly service again. Thanks everyone at Flagstar.

My husband Mike opened up a savings account with Casey Flaminio, relationship banker at Flagstar, and Casey was very professional, thorough, and very accommodating. She deserves a A+ in customer service, and will highly recommend Casey and Flagstar Bank to my friends.

Terrible experience I felt like I was being scammed rather than helped. Wellsfargo in my opinion doesn't care much for there people just their money. Happy to be out of there and with a new bank that doesn't try to get money out of me and a new banker who doesn't manipulate people.

Worst bank i've ever seen in my entire life! Avoid like the plague! I can't access my money, never received debit cards and online access doesn't work. To top it off customer service is non-existent, nobody answering phones in local branches or corporate office all week. This bank will be out of business very soon.

The Iron Mountain office staff has been the most helpful and understanding group of people.
