I was interested in opening an account with Flagstar Bank. I choose a Good location. As I walked in the door, I was greeted with friendly employees who I felt were caring on my behalf. Had positive experiences with one banker, however Trina at this branch needs retraining about how rates are raised with new money for an entire savings account, not just the new money put into the account. This is pretty common bank practice, and I should not have to drive to other branches to get such a simple practice accomplished.

For some reason this branch was slow just to deposit a single check.

Opened a new checking account at Flagstar- The branch manager helped me out. Holly Koss - It was a great experience. Holly also convinced me to refinance my home. Reduced my loan from 30 years down to 15 years and save money, because of the lower interest rate!! Great Experience
