Flagstar Bank S Van Buren St, Auburn

Had over $8000 in my checking account and they changed me a $30 monthly fee. I closed all my accounts and moved to a bank that did not act like they were doing me a favor by doing business with me. The one thing that stands out is Matt Herring. He was polite and sympathetic to my concerns. I hope he gets a job where his people skills can be put to good use.

Employees were courteous, professional and friendly. It only took a few minutes to open a new account. They made me feel welcome.

Apply for a personal loan, get approved they tell you they can fax or email the documents and have them notorized then faxed back....Then tell you that there are no branches in Michigan and you have to drive to INDIANA to sign the documents in person. Beware. if you're getting a loan from them (even if you have a mortgage) account you're going to making a day trip. This needs to be remedied. Very Very Very displeased. I'm missing a whole day of work for this. They've verified my identity about 30 times today.

On-Site, Flagstar Bank and Staff were excellent. Only complaint would be waiting time to receive debit/credit cards in the mail.

The people here are super friendly and Helpful. They know me by name, ask about how my fiance is. There's a wells Fargo about 5 minutes from my house but I drive to auburn just because I've never met any nicer people

I've been a customer of Wells Fargo for 17years and other than a few minor bumps I have received wonderful service. Friendly knowledgeable staff at both branches here in Auburn. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Was very rude in the branch in Auburn today. We was having issues with new accounts we set up and the banker was being very inpatient and telling us it was our fault for our accounts not showing up. Not a way to run a business and manage peoples money.
