I have used FL Title for the Refi on my first home and the Sale and Mortgage on my current home they were extremely helpful answering all my questions and making sure all my documents were correct. They made sure both closings went effortlessly. The staff was extremely personable I liked them so much I sent my niece to them when she purchased her first home and I love my niece to bits. I would certainly use them again and have recommended them on more than one occasion.

Great experience with this company! They did my closing in Miami. Their rates are low and service is excellent. I had some hick-ups with the lender, they went out of their way to make sure we closed on time. This really impressed both my attorney and mortgage brokers.
