Five Star Credit Union Murphy Mill Rd, Dothan

So far not satisfied with this locations atm, this makes the third-fourth time that I've drove from Headland to Dothan to deposit money and it not been working. The one in Headland never works.

Needed help setting up a new account. Lobby was a little confusing but Illana at Murphy Mill branch was awesome. After helping with the account she walked me through the process of using the machines. She was very helpful and fast.

Not the people in the bank, but 5 star it self is trash you can't get no one on the customer service line ever, they won't call you back,and they got some of the dumbest policies one of the worst banks ever

This branch employees are very resourceful, welcome you with a smile and are very helpful.

This has been the best bank I have banked with thus far. I love the ATM features, their operation hours are very convenient for those who cannot make it to the bank during the week. I've tried other banks and none by far can beat five star credit union. When I first walked in the branch located by Walmart on Murphy Mill Rd. I was immediately greeted and Jeremy Porter which is the person who attended me treated me like family and made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything to me thoroughly, answered all my questions and showed me how to work the ATM or Itm is what I believe they call it. He was very honest, very helpful, professional and kind. Thank you Jeremy for your great customer service. I am so excited I now have a bank that I can finance with, that is close to home and that I can feel confident that I will receive great service.

I’ve asked multiple times for my number to be changed and it hasn’t been now I’m locked out of my account with no way to recover due to not having the right number on the account. Now I can’t even reach the only branch open cause there’s no phone number like wth
