Five Star Bank Main St, East Aurora

This a awesome bank as far as banks go! Take it from a person that use to work at a bank, Five Star Bank is a bank worth having an account at and that has had an account with Five Star Bank for many years, even while working at another bank! How is that for customer loyalty! But don't forget the great customer service, it is just outstanding! Thank you Five Star for many years of great service!

I had some issues and while I appreciate what they were saying, the manager while polite, was talking down to me. She made is pretty clear I was not a valued customer. Perhaps if I had six figures in the bank I would have been respected. But clearly I did not matter. Had another interaction with the manager it did not go well. As a customer I do not appreciate being scolded. I am done.

I have been with this bank for over ten years with my business checking with no issues then one day I tried to deposit some checks made out to my business from major insurance companies that I have always deposited before with no issues went straight into my account providing they where under ten thousand dollars so I could continue business as usual . Not any more for some apparent reason they said they have to put a hold on every check that was over my balance no matter where it was from .NOT very business friendly at all when your depending on that money to pay for outstanding checks good bye to the B.S I don't mean to bash on east aurora branch but it is a five star where I opened my account.the branch that I use is attica

I can't say enough good things about the Five Star branch located in East Aurora. We have had our business and personal accounts here forever. With the recent passing of my husband, also my business partner, they helped me with everything. They helped me initially when some of my questions were not even specifically related to banking. They (Sheila) helped and supported me even more when the pandemic hit and helped me secure the PPP loan. I feel like I have personal relationships with the people that work there. One of the best things is being able to call them directly without going through a long, irritating phone tree. Thank you!

Poor service by new branch manager recently. Previous dealings with other bank personnel have been good. Suspect the Peter Principal is at work.

Bank just as any other, parking in the back and the drive thru is a little tight but can't expect much better where it's located at in East Aurora.
