I was recently introduced to Fisher National Bank by a friend on their board, Kevin Applebee. He told me that they had a different approach to banking. I had no idea! They are as high profile and professional as any bank that I have worked with in the market but they treat their clients like the friends and neighbors they are. Our experience with Eric Stalter, Stanley Godia and Carla McGrew in the commercial banking department has been exceptional. I couldn't give a higher recommendation!

Absolute wort experience of my life. I worked with Damien in 2019 and everything was great then, so I decided to refinance with him because he again quoted me a lower interest rate than some competitors. I started the refinance process right before Christmas time and would email him a couple of days after I completed something to see what the next step was. Trying to be courteous to his time, after a couple of emails I asked him how long everything would take so I wasn't emailing him so much. He told me from start to finish a refinance could take as long as 2 months because of how busy the market is. Since telling me it would take a couple months, I would try to give him 2 weeks before reaching out again, and I have always been the one to email him. He has not once reached out to me first saying we're ready to go on to the next step. It is now 1 week shy of 3 months and I have never seen an estimate; I was told my rate was locked in, but it was never verified on what that rate was; and it has now been a month since my appraisal, and I have not heard from him despite an email and a phone call. Huge waste of time and money.

The staff is very helpful and courteous. Whether I call or go into the bank personally I always receive great care and service. I love working with both Stanley and Kyle. They will both do whatever it takes to make sure you get the best customer service. I highly recommend this bank to others.
