He didn't write me off like multiple other lenders did. And thank goodness he did because I close on my house this weekend. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. Donna and Molly were very knowledgeable and were very easy to work with. They made the whole process stress free.

There was a complete lack of communication from our loan officer. She relied too much on her office staff and the "portal". There was a consistent sense of panic throughout the process. We were down to the last minute to get approval, although the loan officer had a full 30 days and already had most of our information from a previous purchase that did not go through. It was a complete disaster.
