FirstBank S Havana St, Aurora

9 workers, a line of 15 people and only one customer being serviced. This bank needs a new manager. I’m switching banks!!

In the lobby right now, July 5, 3:30 pm. 25 people in line, 2 tellers!! Come on. I’ve been a customer for 30 years. This is the poorest customer service I’ve ever had at Firstbank. Ugh. No explanation, just standing here. 2 people working the drive up window. Sheesh. Really?

This is the third time I have tried to deposit money after hours at this ATM. It is never available just get rid of it. Now almost a year from my original post and still countless times I have come to deposit here and the machine is down for some reason. If I was lucky enough to run a First bank I would make sure my equipment worked. I would also read and respond to my reviews.

They racially profiled me and did not allow me to cash my check because 1 I am not from this area and African American male and I am appalled by this business and behavior

We have been banking with 1st Bank for nearly 30 years. This location is great. Shout out to Henry who always gives us top notch service anytime we need help.

I went to cash in my change. They have a coin machine by security which I didn't know about before I stood in that line. The teller let me run my change through the machine and not have to go through the line again. It wasn't fast either and it was snowing outside plus that was the lunch line so it was long. I was able to get in and out without much fuss. The security guard was cool too. The teller and the security were very courteous and helpful. Until next time.

I was going to open s savings account and a secured loan. The teller treated me like I was going to rob the place. Then it took him 45 minutes and a lot of hassle just to cash 1st bank issued checks. I will not do business when this business.

Sick of the ATM never working. $8 is what it cost to use an outside ATM. The second nearest Firstbank also has a chronically broken ATM. It’s almost like Firstbank wants to force us to pay the $8 in fees by using someone else’s ATM.

I have been banking with 1st bank for forever! One of the tellers told us just yesterday that we were the OG’s of the bank lol. Every time I have had an issue they have always made it right! This is a great bank and I refer as many people I can. Thank you for always being so great!

Rita was super awesome helping us setup a checking account for a fresh refugee family I was helping. They walked them through everything. Super helpful and patient.
