    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BRANCH. Just joined this bank, and I'm already closing my account. It's bad enough it takes 7-10 days to get a debit card, but to be told twice by customer service to go into the branch, including one guy saying the branch is not following protocol, and still not being taken care of is crazy. Four times I heard, "We just don't do that for new customers." FOUR times. They were more than happy to allow me to put money into my account, but letting me take it out for 7-10 days...truly unbelievable. Side kicker...They wouldn't even let me close my account either because they said they have to wait 5-7 days to make sure the money I deposited is good. lol

    My cousin just moved from out of the country a couple days ago. We stopped at chase bank to open an account but were denied for what seemed to be ridiculous reasons. We decided to stop in to FirstBank to see what their requirements were. We met with a super nice and helpful lady by the name of Linda Woodruff. She was such a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much for the great experience we had today. This is the kind of customer service that makes me feel good about doing business with FirstBank.

    I have always had a pleasant experience banking with this branch! I have been banking with them for 7-8 years now, has always been a nice experience. I like the fact that they are willing to help with most things. It's really refreshing coming from a bank.

    1st rate customer service! It's rare in a bank these days that they actually want to help you rather than nickel and dimeing you to death. Very nice at the bank as well as on the phone. Their online bank has some very convenient options and is very easy to use and have had no problems at all whatsoever. Thanks 1ST Bank!

    Very helpful and a relational bank got help from Carlos Estrada for a notary and he took care of me even asking for some help with questions I had. I felt that my best interest was always first.

    Waited 20+ minutes (after presented my DL and withdraw slip) to get $100 of small bills at the drive thru while on my way to pick up some lunch order. I thought it should be quick, and I can cash tip takeout food workers. It didn't appear busy in the middle of the day, and I was not told anything about the unusually long wait for a very simple transaction. Will walk inside to the branch next time.

    I just wanted to share the amazing experience I had with Dan. And I am being completely sarcastic when I say that. Dan approached me very firmly and almost in an intimidating fashion. I believe this gentleman should go back to the drawing board on his customer service skills. It's plain to see that this gentleman is just flat-out unhappy. I will certainly take my business elsewhere. Hard to believe a grown man got that upset over a $30 withdraw. Dan has no business being in a customer service role. Thank you.

    Never been to a branch I didn't like. This one is no different. Super fast to go in and out of and the service you receive in-person or via the mobile/web tools are fantastic. A lot easier to get to now with the construction finally dying down too.

    BEWARE OF FEES!!! The staff was very friendly, but when I got my first statement I see they charged me $1.00 for each deposit and each withdrawal. They offered to refund the charges, but I refuse to do business with a bank that embraces such tactics.

    Karen is the worst. So rude. Yelled at me over a ton of people in the lobby. Rude demeanor. Very vague answers. I asked for a receipt and she said I can just look it up online.
