Changed their bank hours to be only open til 5!! The whole reason 1st Bank was better was they were upen til 6!! WTH 1st Bank. :-( :-(

1st Bank ( Broadway & Speer) NEVER have deposit slips...WHY?

Benj is great and very fast. Julia always walks away when she sees me because I come in with multiple deposits every Monday. I know it can be a pain but it's your job right? Any way that is the only reason I gave only 4 stars

I waited in line 30 minutes along with the guy right next to me. Then the next guy pulled forward next to me and had to wait some time for a deposit slip. The guy told him there's some next to the stall, but he couldn't see them because there's new hour and signage blocking the view. Very frustrated.

Just another bank that wants to take advantage of you any way they can. They will give you an instant over draft fee if your account goes negative one cent.

Normally I come here for business only for my company. I've never had an issue until today the teller Megan was very rude as I was talking to her asking a question she walked away disrespectfully thankfully the teller next to her was polite enough to answer my question...

I have had a bank account with them for maybe two months? I hate them. Anything they tell me is either wrong or distorted whether it being at the branch or over the phone. They don't have deposit slips for money at the drive up atm. Their tellers tell you wrong information CONSTANTLY. I'm over it. As soon as I have a day off from my job I'm closing all accounts and switching to a bank that actually functions like a bank should.

i've had an account since 2010. i've had maybe three overdrafts the entire time, the first two were forgiven, but this last time they would only cut it down to 17$, so i closed my account. moral of the story is they'd rather get my 17$ than keep me as a customer, which is fine, but i'm definitely glad i don't bank here anymore. everybody i talked to over all these years has been really cool though, except the snarky fake smile over-the-top customer-service-voiced dude i talked to just now. i'm going to a credit union.

DO NOT BANK HERE. This bank's staff lies and gaslights their customers in such a way that not even corporate can undo what they will do to your accounts. They will say they will do something and then sit back and let the situation get worse and worse, meanwhile you will get no help from higher ups either. Rather than listening to understand, they will use whatever means necessary to block out what you are saying and leverage the situation to their advantage. This is not relationship banking. Do yourself a favor, go literally ANYWHERE else. Based on my experience, they seemed very practiced in this sort of thing. If you ever have a problem here, good luck. Get out while you can.
