Will Williams and his staff at First Washington Mortgage made this one of the easiest refinancing my wife and I have ever done. He was very professional, detailed and communicative as to what they needed from us, when things were going to be completed and ultimately when our closing was scheduled for. The closing was completed at our house and took about 30 minutes. Will and his team helped us save over $300 per month. I am an insurance agent and will be and would definitely recommend First Washington Mortgage to anyone of my customers looking for a new mortgage or refinance. My wife and were so happy with them that we recommended them to her parents and they are going to look at refinancing with Will and his team as well. Thanks again for everything.

We worked with Adam on the mortgage of our first home. He helped us understand all the steps of the process and always got back to us to clarify our questions. So shady, don't trust these people. They (Adam and Co.) screwed over a buyer, spewed straight lies, and were totally incompetent when "attempting" to close a loan for a legitimately qualified buyer. It was abundantly clear they don't care about the sellers and buyers impacted by their actions (or lack thereof). Once the buyer jumped ship from this joke of a company and went to a REAL company, the loan was closed in FIFTEEN days. Maybe if Adam spent less time at Terps games, this loan would have closed. You are not a priority to this company. Treat yourself better and look elsewhere!

They are not trustworthy. After giving a "clear to close " as the families involved were packed in there moving trucks ready to drive to their new home and was told by this LENDER that the LENDER made a mistake. Neither family was compensated for their loss. DO NOT USE THIS LENDER
