This bank has been nothing but AMAZING!!! I have had a hard time in the past finding a bank that I feel like I can trust and the staff has my best interests in mind. Brandon in particular has been more than helpful, kind and super trustworthy! I can stop in and see him in person and get advice anytime. For being a full time working single mom this is HUGE!

Kevin Davis has a positive attitude and keeps his word delivering action to his customer. He is a good asset to the company that I have seen in a while at this credit union. Thanks

I had a great experience working with Brandon at First United Credit union. This was by far the easiest, and best experience I have had working with a Credit union with my needs. I would definitely recommend this Branch, and if needing specifically a loan, I recommend to work with Brandon, who makes and made the entire process from start to finish so easy especially with the patience of this whole process that is involved, it made it very worth while. I've had a car loan with First United for over a year now. I also started banking here and it has been great. Customers service is always nice and very helpful. I recently opened a credit card through them and was very pleased with how smooth everything went.

I'm in here about once a day between work and my personal accounts with them and no matter which staff member is taking care of you, you're going to be well taken care of. Everyone who works here is are all friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Brendan, Kyle, Stuart and Tyler all know me by name and remember details of conversations we had earlier in the week about life outside of work, above and beyond standard polite customer service. They clearly love helping people banking! Going to the to the credit union is never a chore because I genuinely look forward to conversing with everyone for a few minutes.

I went in here for a small car loan and was helped by Kyle. He was a nice, and respectful gentleman who was able to answer all my questions and concerns with the process. I was in a rush as I had a trip coming up the same day and we was able to get me in and out within a quick 30 minute period. Overall my experience at First United Credit Union was great! They say they are a credit union but think they are really a predetory lender. Had a car loan there, one week they were telling me the whole balance was due, then that I was behind, then (no joke here) the next week repossessed the car. All within less than a month. Maybe they are going under and just trying to clear out the coffers before closing. Not sure what to do with companies like this, maybe there is a bank oversight agency to report them, but IDK. Watch out.

With no later hours it’s impossible to get there if you have a 9-5 job. I got there 5 minutes to close and they were already closed and would not assist me. No Saturday morning hours is a real miss for them. Friendly service if you can make it in!

I’ve been searching for months to find the right credit union to finance me for my new vehicle! These guys are amazing, very helpful and friendly.

Got a few loans through FUCU pretty good service but Kevin is one of the loan officers there and he has definitely gone above and beyond for me. Helping me out through any issues I may have and really looking out for me. If you need a loan I would definitely go through FirstUnitedCU ask for KEVIN!!!! He’s the man!!

Started the loan process for a vehicle here. Dealt with a lady named Jennifer Rosenberg (not sure on that last name but sound close) extremely rude and condescending. I'm very thankful I was able to take my business elsewhere. With a 785 credit score, it's easy to find better service. Lake Michigan Credit Union was (is) pleasant to deal with.

Best darn bank there is. Very polite, very understanding. The people there have made my life so much easier and better. First United Signed on a truck for my business and gave me a loan with a incredible interest rate. I work with Brendan. He’s a go getter and will get you where you want to be. I started with a 580 credit score and he has made a great effort in helping me get it where I want it to be. I highly recommend this credit union. #handsdown

I love First United! The customer service is over the top, and it's wonderful to walk in the building, and all the employees know you by name. They really care about you, and I highly recommend this Credit Union!!

I love my credit union. Everytime I walk in, I am greeted by name, one person even knows my account number. The one time I had a bad experience, the branch manager handled it promptly and was calling me before I was a block away. Brendan, Mandy, Stuart, Tyler, and even Alejandro are always pleasant and a joy to chat with. They genuinely make me feel like family not an account number!
