The manager was very rude! And pretty much talked down to me! Wouldn’t let me open an account even if I paid the charge off! Even though I had more than enough money too.. said I formed a bad relationship with and it’s their right to not do business with me? It was when it was Bank of America and I was 18! But I was trying to make it right and she still wouldn’t allow me to! I recommend Woodforest ☺️ Got my check cashed and opened a savings and quick with NO PROBLEMS! And they talked to me like a person!

I had a great experience at this bank all the employees were so nice and welcoming I would highly recommend having them as my primary bank company !

So far the experience has been less then stellar. When I opened the account, I was told they would be sending me some checks. When they never arrived, I called 1-800 number and was told the checks were never ordered. I ordered them and was billed ~$30 for the check. The next issue was with their mobile app. I tried depositing a check using the app and it was rejected. So I had to call the 1-800 number again. Apparently there is a limit on the amount of the check you can deposit using the mobile app. No where on the app, nor on their FAQ, or website does it say anything about limits. I was told I would have to go into the branch to deposit the check since I already wrote, "For Mobile Deposit Only" on the back of the check as the app had instructed. Finally, I leave work early to go to the bank and they are closed. Seems they are only open when everyone else is at work. Now I have to take time OFF from my work to fix the issue. One more strike and they are out.

Must be understaffed or uneducated.. every time I come here it takes at least an hour.. but other locations are great so 2 stars..

Shalyn Hernandez and her staff is the BEST! If you want a caring and loving environment definitely I would recommend you bank there

I love the new branch! I think the new environment has really helped the attitude of the people working there. No more dead animals on the walls, and no more freaky pictures where the eyes follow you!!!

They are slow and don't care about order let anyone cut in line complete anarchy
