I just got a loan at First United for HALF the interest rate that the bank I actually do business with (which is NOT First United) offered me . In fact, the bank where my checking account is, where I paid off a previous loan after TWO YEARS without a single late or missed payment, made me an offer that matched the outrageous interest rate of a payday loan company and my high-interest credit cards. They justified it by saying it was because of the new laws. So how do these laws not apply to First United? I would guess my bank lied to me to get more money out of me. If it wasn't so much trouble I'd move my account over to First United. Actually, that's probably going to happen in the future. I would give the name of my First United loan officer, but that may be a privacy issue. You know who you are, though, so THANK YOU!! You need a raise, girl!

I used this bank in 1990 left in 1999 have returned 2018 after a terrible experience at Madill’s bancfirst I see great things here with the future of banking.

I can NEVER get an answer when I call the Madill branch. It just rings and rolls over to the helpline.

Was having trouble with a check deposit and hold of said check have been trying to get help for 4 days. Called and within 2 hours the associates and management found a solution to my problem. Thank you first united team for your professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile you guys rock!
