We applied for refinancing of a jumbo home loan with Mortgage Loan Consultant Rosy King (NMLS # 422654) and had a fantastic experience. The rate was good, and everything was fast, simple, and digital. The online secure portal for uploading documents was easy to use, and the team was friendly and efficient. We have refinanced several times with different banks, and this was the simplest, most straightforward process. Would definitely use them again!

The worst lender experience hand down. From unprofessional texts to wrong information on closing documents to their lack of concern of us as a customer and delay in helping us. Super disappointed with them. We chose them based on their values and they acted like used car salesmen.

Shout out to the First United team! Especially Cendy, Mary and Edgar!!! Their customer service is over the top!!! I’ll definitely be telling everyone I know to choose First United Bank!

I am so thankful that God connected me to this bank. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. They are professional, kind and go out of their way to go above and beyond. Evelyn is a true gift and always delivers on her word. She even helped me on a Saturday when they were closed. I also love that they use my name when I come into the bank or go through the drive-thru; great customer service.
