When my mother passed away intestate, a few years ago, I had no idea how to have her house title transferred to me. First Texas Title made things so super easy for me. They explained things very well and went above and beyond to help me during this rough point in my life. I can't show my appreciation enough for how quickly they took care of things and how great they were to work with. These folks have been sitting on our earnest money for probably a month now. We have called and called about it, now they dont even answer our call or even call back. There wouldn't be a chance that I would ever do business with this company again and shortly will be reaching out to the BBB about our situation.
