    This place have gone downhill. I been banking on this branch for 20 years. In the recent years. They can't keep good employees around. The manager Todd has no common sense of customer service and time management. The teller went to lunch. I sat there for almost 40 min. With everyone. Al I wanted is to deposit cash. I watch this manager just walking around not doing anything and just greeting customer telling them they just hired 2 new employees and telling everyone that walks in the same story. Be a manager and jump on there and take care of peoples business transactions learn to multi task. Until his teller come back from lunch. Instead of making excuses and doing nothing but great customers. I witness 3 people walk away and 9 people waiting on line and getting upset. I guess it doesn't take much to be a manager at this FirstTech. Branch. What a joke!

    I went to this branch for wire transfer. I was told the "wire transfer" is appointment based(I didn't know that) and you can do it yourself. My expectation was to take care of my business, since I was already there. If I can do wire transfer at home the lady standing in front door at branch could do it for the customer and make the customer happy. I'm not happy!!!

    Drive through was closed today. My disabled daughter was met at the door and told it would be a 30 minutes wait to deposit our rent into the landlord’s account. Seriously the poorest staff management I have ever seen. My daughter told them she couldn’t stand that long and they expected her to come back in 30 minutes, as if she had no other obligations. I’m so over the excuses. Businesses need to figure it out and provide the services advertised.

    My experience is often the cash machine is down. Last time cash machine was down and the drive through window was closed. Must have been 12 people waiting in lobby.

    This is a difficult location to retrieve cash from. If you have lost your ATM card, they'll mail your new pin separately. And can only be sent via snailmail. The ATM outside takes approx 10 minutes to go thru all of their prompts. And since they are appt only inside,you can expect 20 to 30 min.wait times in the drive up. The tellers (that are left) are friendly but their location and practices have prompted me to do my banking elsewhere unfortunately. **no longer doing shared branching is also a major pitfall.

    Agree with the previous comment. Came in to close an account as Colorado doesnt have an in - person branch easy to find. Not impressed with the customer service. The manager ,in stead of helping to close an account ,asked me to sit down and proceeded to his desk. Must be important. About 7 customers waiting. That's one of the reasons I'm closing an account in the first place. No customer service.

    The two young people that helped me at the counter today were very friendly and helpful, actually they were great! Unfortunately, there's almost always a wait, but the friendly staff helps make up for it. I've been with this bank for a long time, since it was SECU. Unfortunately, I think I'm going to have to go to another bank because their APY on the savings is rediculously low, and has been for some time now. I've lost a significant amount of money because of this. I've been trying to hold out, but it hasn't changed. Another complaint would be that they don't provide photos of checks, which can come in very handy in certain situations. On a positive note, the staff has been outstanding, for the most part, throughout the years - very personable and will go the extra mile for you. They've always had good used car loan rates, and the online banking system is very user-friendly.

    I just wanted to send a note of appreciation to the team at First Tech on Nimbus. I just passed the office and it reminded me to send this note. They helped me enormously close on a car loan at really short notice a couple of weeks ago. Even though the office was really busy on a Saturday morning, the team was extremely efficient and friendly to everyone arriving. I'm really grateful to First Tech and this was another reason why my family and I have been with them for 23 years. Best wishes.

    hard for disabled people, and the drivethough is closed without notice. also the phone number does not work it does not allow you to find out if the drive through is open

    I've been very happy with First Tech, until today. For the last four months I've been paying my mortgage in person. Because of the pandemic, customers wait outside until a representative is free. This was no problem at all; a reasonable precaution. Today, however, I came to the Branch to make my payment as usual and was told that I needed an appointment to do this and there was nothing more available today or tomorrow. I tend to make my payments toward the 16th of the month, since it aligns more closely with our pay periods. I went ahead and paid online today, since I had no other option. The last time I used the online service close to the deadline, I was assessed a late fee because it didn't post on the 16th. Never mind the fact that I paid it and made the transaction by the 16th, which is the last day to pay without a late fee. So now for routine banking you have to make an appointment?? This is absolute nonsense; the Covid situation is beginning to show improvement and First Tech is making it harder to bank. The lobby at my other bank has been open for months with masks and distancing; otherwise things proceed normally. I am extremely disappointed that First Tech has chosen to make it more difficult to do simple transactions.
