Alex the sales manager was very helpful and did what needed to be done to make a deal happen. And my salesman Josh was awesome and made sure that all of my questions were answered. Update: Working with this dealership is one of the easiest and they always aim to please. Would definitely use them in the future if need be. The photo is just the truck prior to purchase. Update: So if you purchase, be forewarned that if you buy from a first team, where they tell you oil changes for life, just know that to stay enrolled in the free oil change thing, you have to pay for a tire rotation. So once again be warned that nothing comes free.

My wife and I found a vehicle on your website that we decided to go look at. We were helped by a very nice and professional salesman named Keenan. We went for a test drive and loved the vehicle. This dealership is phenomenal. Purchasing my truck there took a grand total of 20 minutes. When it was hit, the provided exceptional service, timely updates and returned the truck back to me in perfect condition despite having substantial damage. Every repair or maintenance need I have is always completed before my scheduled appointment date/time, and the staff, special shout out to Jim and the white team, have given me confidence in the safety and reliability of work in the vehicle I purchased at reasonable rates and with friendly faces. Carl Juneau was incredible throughout our whole process. We originally went in for a 2021 but unfortunately missed the cut off for that year model. He kept us apprised the whole time, always patient with my many inquiries. When October came he acted swiftly in placing our order. Our year long relationship with the dealership has been amazing. Not one employee disappointed us. The day we walked in to get our new 2022 Suburban, they were just as excited as we were that our wait was finally over. I can't say enough kind things about Carl. He has truly been great throughout this whole process. He was calm when there were delays and ecstatic upon delivery. We would 10/10 recommend him and the Hampton Team to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

I’m active duty and have delt with a lot of dealerships in the country. Hampton was the best I have ever been to. They were great, knowledgeable, and honest. They made it a great experience. I will definitely spread the word about them and will come back. They need to be recognized for being The best in the area. The other Chevy dealers In the area were horrible and dishonest. I just had service done on my 2018 Silverado and was completely taken care of. Kelly Pale took the time to explain to me what was the problem and the solution to fix it. She was very knowledgeable of the procedures and set me up with a rental vehicle. Appointment setting was a breeze online. When I showed up I was addressed immediately and service was performed in a record amount of time, as to not spend my whole day at the dealership for routine service. Staff are very friendly. I went looking for my dream truck. Chevy Silverado 1500. I had no intentions of buying one that day. I saw the blue one, I LOVE blue. Lol. I had to have it. The price was good and I had a trade in that was paid for. My sales guy and a manager got my payments where I needed them. I went home with my dream truck. Thank you so much!!!! On April 2, my wife and I went to Hampton Chevrolet to look for a new pick-up truck. I was greeted at the door by Mr. Alex Hockaday. We advised him what we were looking for and he promptly had a 2022 Chevrolet Z71 Silverado brought to the front door. We also asked him to evaluate our 2013 Ford Explorer for a possibility of a trade. After about 30 minutes of looking over the beautiful truck, my wife and I went in and were met by Mr. Carl Juneau. We had not been seated for over 5 minutes when Mr. Hockaday returned with an offer that included a value for our used Explorer that was EXACTLY in line with the Kelley Blue Book number. We agreed on the deal and Mr. Juneau and Mr. Hockaday walked us through the details up to and how to program the My Chevrolet app on our phones. The vehicle was delivered to the side door spotless and full of fuel as well as the DEF that Mr. Hockaday demonstrated the filling procedure for. Bottom line is that the personnel at Hampton Chevrolet are top notch, honest and fair. I would highly recommend considering them for your next car purchase!! Steve Bowman

I am somewhat handicapped and things can become complicated building fear and anxiety. Philip, my Green Team, handles everything for me in a way that I don’t feel someone is just out to get my money. If something is found wrong with my car, I have felt confident that it was. So far, this trust has not been broken and I feel satisfied.

Went in for a state inspection. Dealership previously broke my third brake light, so I told them to be careful with it this time. The guy said, well I can put a rejection stick on it and you can fix it yourself. I said, fix it but dont break it. I got my car back and the breaklight wasnt put back in properly, so there was a gap between my trunk and the breaklight. I didnt bother bringing it back to tell them. I just wont return.

The service advisor (Kelly) was rude and didn't show any real genuine interest in helping me get my car serviced. This vehicle is my first chevy purchased and I will not buy another one due to the problems that I have had since 2017 in regards to the service department. Problems ranging from difficulty making appointments to rude behavior.

The whole team was so nice! We purchased a used Toyota Highlander from First Team Hampton Chevrolet. I can't rave enough about the experience. The sales person, Keenan Kanda was professional, knowledgeable, patient and accommodating with our decision to buy. His Manager, Eric Tansmore, also was very professional and accommodating. They were both up front and honest about everything with the vehicle. After the purchase we found a couple of minor issues that we overlooked and asked if they could honor those and repair at no cost. They ensured us that they want us to be 100% satisfied with our purchase and contacted their First Team Toyota facility to order the parts and schedule a repair at no cost to us. Going forward, I will always buy my cars from First Team. Buying a car is usually never easy but First Team made it as painless and enjoyable as can be. They give you peace of mind. Overall my experience was above and beyond what I had expected. I do think there should be uniformity. What I mean by that is when I asked about military discount I was told there wasn't one but when I went to shoe my friend my vehicle, he was a little confused because he was given a military discount when he purchased his truck. I really appreciate Cesar Jelambi for helping me buy my first SUV. He respected my time and allowed me some space to buy over the course of a few days. I felt like he was really down-to-earth and understood my family situation. I came in SURE that I would buy a used vehicle, but I ended up absolutely loving the 2021, brand new model he showed me in my price range. Great team from the minute you arrive. I knew the car I wanted and Jordan Kent pulled it up for a drive, and I purchased it after some deliberation. I checked out 3 other dealers who had competitive pricing but all of them sounded like they would not be providing any after sale support with parts, service, warranties and scheduled maintenance. McKenzie Braley went over the extras and Mr. Lopez did a great job with the paperwork. Jordan provided printouts of all the remaining warranties, service history etc. The car was spotless and fuels and serviced. I drove to work immediately afterward and look forward to dropping it off for service once or twice a year to keep up with the free oil changes and inspections. All in all, a great bunch of very customer oriented people. Thanks!

My '07 Suburban has 200k miles. She is way out of warranty so do my own work when I can. But I found myself in need of an official GM trained tech to program the OEM master window switches. They did not want to program the buttons at first since I didn't buy the switch from them but after a little persuasion they set up an appointment and got her right. Comfortable wait nice crew. I really appreciate Joe and his supervisor for going out of their way to assist my mother with over heating car with the bad weather approaching on Monday. I was an hour away and you all stopped what you were doing, looked at her car and got her on her way before I got there. I have not been able to get the car to overheat again.....not complaining since it could have been worse. I had to fix my review after I left a bad one. I was upset about how expensive it was to fix my car and Joe reached out to me and explained that I had an extended warranty and they gave me a new estimate. They worked in my car and had my car fixed in less than 2 days. I was really pleased with the way they treated me and I’m thankful for Joe and Kelly’s help. So about a month ago, I got into a really bad car accident and insurance had to total my car and my father and I stopped by First Team to check out their selection of cars. I had gone to at least five different dealerships that day and none of them treated me as great as the people at First Team. I had been helped by Joshua Lopez (such an amazing man! Highly recommend him if you are looking for a car) and Josh just got me. Josh let me test drive a plethora of cars on the lot, and they even have a loner program where you can test drive a car overnight so you can run some errands and get a true feel of the car as if you owned it, and that was extremely helpful, because the car I fell in love with I ended up realizing it was not a good fit for me. Unfortunately, they were unable to get the car I fell in love with in an upgraded model from a different dealership, so I did not get a car from First Team, but Joshua and his boss and all of the lovely people at First Hampton are amazing people! If you are looking for a car, used (because they have an amazing selection of used cars) or new, First Team Hampton Chevy is the place to go. Recently made a purchase at First Team Chevrolet and have nothing but positive words to describe the experience. Our product specialist could easily explain the benefits of different features. Very knowledgeable and asked enough questions to provide examples relating to our intended use. We called ahead to share vehicles of interest and was greeted by the sales manager, who had already pulled them aside. Great level of professionalism. Lastly, could not have asked for a better experience with the finance manager(words rarely spoken lol). I’d rate them a zero if I could, but ones the lowest. Went there, last year in March, to get my a/c fixed. I had warranty coverage in my vehicle that would have covered the cost to have it fixed. First problem, the guy was very rude, and disregarded the things I told him were an issue with the car. Second issue, he told me my coverage didn’t cover the expense, in which it did. I had to call the warranty company, talk to the agent, so they can contact Chevy to verify it was covered. Third issue, the guy was adamant they couldn’t fix the issue, because my name wasn’t attached to the coverage, and the person had to be present to check the car in. Mind you, I informed him I was out of town, my girlfriend (the car/coverage owner) was in Texas, and couldn’t be present. He made me call to verify, and after I verified, she didn’t have to be present, he called himself and got verification. Once they finally accepted the vehicle in, once they did the diagnosis, they told me the condenser needed to be replaced, and I needed a new purge valve. They told me I had to pay for the diagnosis for the purge valve, saying it wasn’t covered, so I paid. They told me the issue was the condenser that was bad, and they “fixed” it, and send me on my way. I asked them to check the compressor, and they said it was nothing wrong with it, so I trusted them because it was a Chevy dealership. Once I paid, and got home, I realized, the purge valve was covered, because in my warranty, all solenoids were covered, but I let the issue go, because it’s a very inexpensive issue to fix. About 2 months later, my air conditioner goes completely out. By this time, I am already back in Texas, and felt there was nothing I could do, because my warranty had expired, because I exceeded the mileage that was within the coverage. I went somewhere to check about the a/c, and then they told me the compressor was bad. Word of advice, go to another Chevy in the area.

I really wished I could give this place no stars! They gave my mom the run around when she was trying to trade in her car for a vehicle easier to get in and out. Andrew “the negotiator” seemed to have a issue with retired women on a fixed income. She was able to get excellent service from Bowditch Ford. I brought my Chevy in for AC troubles. Michael Branch I believe was my advisor. He informed me the AC was fine. I pressed and he had them look again. Again he said the AC was working properly. I was rude assuming they just were not trying. Not only did they not charge me to fix it but they didn’t even charge me for a AC diagnostic they could have easily done because I was asking. I was rude and they stayed professional. I would definitely come back and I would also recommend this service. I am deeply sorry for how I behaved. My car is working perfectly.

It was overall a good experience. The only feedback is that I wish I had more documentation of what happens next. This was my first car and signing day was such an adrenaline rush that remembering everything we discussed is impossible. So a written list of what you do next would have helped. As far as tags/plates/registration. But it may be helpful to have a new car buyers guide or something with these details added.

I recently had to take my truck to the collision center here and the entire experience was great! Angel, my service provider was so polite and kept me informed every step of the way. Dave was the tech. doing the repairs and he did a fantastic job. It looked better than a new truck once he was done. Then to top it off they fully detailed my truck before I picked it up which I hadn't asked them to do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs.

Compared to my previous Suburban purchases at the Temple, Tx and Atlanta, Ga locations, the Hampton Chevrolet overall service was great. I listed the 4 star and 8 for experience based on customer service of two employees and business development. Business was great through the entire process and making sure the contact was provided. KK Westmoreland provided outstanding customer services throughout the entire purchase process and after the vehicle purchase.. Another employee Joey Lopez was disrespectful to my family and down payment funding. Joey does not need to be in the customer field or have contact with people.

First Team Hampton Guest Relations representative Mike Bunch is wonderful. He stays connected with me, letting me know what is needed to correct my car issues, and the cost to get it back to operation. The service department scheduling team is always courteous when I call to schedule an appointment. The service technicians are of top quality because I have never had to bring my car back to re-address any problems, and it is always clean when they have finished the service. The waiting area is always clean and inviting. This experience is what keeps me coming back to the dealership.

Phil and his team serviced my vehicle professional and expertly. Phil communicated with me throughout the process as the work was being done which I greatly appreciated. I got my vehicle back on 1/20 and the engine light came on 1/24. Phil was able to fit me into the schedule that same day and resolved the issue with 30 minutes of my arrival. This is why I keep bringing my car to First Team Hampton. The service is excellent.

You can't spell Carl without car. Carl was out salesman at First Team Hampton Chevrolet. He made the biggest impact on us, but everyone there really was exceptional. The business manager, the sales leader, and even the receptionist were supportive, candid, and courteous. Staff members came across as friends rather than salesmen. Test drives were stress free. Sitting in and getting a look and feel for each car was efficient. Oh, and the car detailers did an exceptional job. I bought a 2014 and it passes for a 2020 the way they handled it! also, I had some upholstery work done and it came out looking nice. The facility was nice on the inside with free water bottles available in addition to the vending machines. Thanks again to Carl and the team! Give them a call : )

If you’re looking to trade in your vehicle, I highly suggest you visit this dealership! Keenan and Ernest are the best! I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get a good vehicle due to the negative equity that was being carried over and was afraid to have my another hard pull on my credit. However, they assured me to not be afraid and I’m glad I trusted them, because they have my best interest at heart! Keenan was an amazing salesman and Ernest was freaking top level at helping me. Ernest was able to get my interest rate dropped from 10.99% to 7.99% and he was even able to help me get my monthly payments lower. Car buying process is so stressful, but they made it a smooth quick transition for me, definitely great with customer service!

Recently purchased a 2020 Toyota 4Runner. The purchasing experience went well, Carl was extremely helpful along the way. Their finance guys were also helpful in getting me a better rate on the loan than I walked in there with. There was a hiccup with the servicing of the vehicle prior to picking it up a few days later, however after some conversations, they found a sense of urgency to get the vehicle squared away. The service manager went out of his way to drive the vehicle with me to get a sense of what went wrong. A few hours later the vehicle was ready and drives the way it should. It may not have been the best experience, but in the end everyone made things right and I believe that’s something they’ll do for everyone.

My car was repaired. Although, finding the problem with another shop and bringing it back to Hampton Chevy after several attempts prior to was not a good experience. In addition, the service team I worked with was low key not personable with their customers. I have proof on my voicemail of unprofessionalism and in person laid back attitude, nonchalant, and don't care management. As I said, they did eventually fix my original problem I took it in for, although, I could sense the, here she comes again. And I've also heard talk about other customers. Not good for business.

He went above and beyond to take care of my needs. I am disabled and in a lot of pain every day. My Hhr needed a tire to pass inspection and yall did not have one at 4:30 wensday so I had to buy one and come back to get inspection finished. I hurt too much to go Thursday but at 3 pm Friday I felt I could make it. When I got there I was told they had 2 complete inspections to do and could not get me done at that time. I explained how hard it was for me to get there I reminded him my inspection had expired in March. It took me 4 months to finally get my health good enough for me to get out the house. I said I don't mind sitting there till closing at 5Pm to get it done. You see it's only while I standing or walking that I hurt so much. I knew I already had a night of pain coming because I walked so much to get there. I do not hurt much at all when sitting. Well I don't know if he could see it in my eyes or what but it seemed he could tell the pain I was in. So he said ok if you don't mind waiting have a seat in the lounge. I guess it may have been a hour but it seemed like no time I was inspected and ready to go. He did not have to do that for me but my wife and I are both glad he did. You see I stayed home and in the house today its 2:20am now and I have had only medium paid today. If was made to wait and go today I would be hurting all night like I was last night. I am so thankful he had the heart and compassion to help me when he saw I could not function like most people. So thank you all for caring 💓 for my needs. Have a blessed weekend John B 2009 HHR

So recently I have my vehicle service here and while everything went ok I left not fully satisfied. I thought perhaps the wait was too long but this shouldn't be the blame of First Team. They were kind and respectful and even called me to explain the reason for the wait.

Online inquiry was responded to quickly, quick quote and appointment set. Jett and his crew came through as promised. Suggestion: I needed the body shop and was dropping the night before. Nothing says Body Shop on the building. Small sign on the ground says Service and Collision but if all the employee tell you to go to the body shop, how would I know that means Service. Might be a small thing but other cars we already lined up to drop so I couldn’t see the ground sign. Even an employee on the Used Car side said, “Other side, rolling doors, look for body shop.”

I had a very pleasant experience buying the car and I’m pleased with the performance. I like that the service dept followed up and reminded me of needed service! However, I have mixed feelings about the check out at the service desk. While I am glad I wasn’t pressured to buy other services like tires, radiator flush etc., given that I had a nail in my tire, which was repaired and asked for a rotation I dont feel they addressed the fact I probably need new tires soon. So now I’m a little skeptical that the tech would not necessarily catch something that needed to be done.

EDIT (1/29/22):Went to the service center today for 45k mile servicing. They caught my inspection expired this month and took care of it for me. Because of the weather, things were running a little behind which I didn't mind and completely understood, but they still decided not to charge me for the tire rotation and state inspection. Brought my vehicle in to be serviced. They gave me an estimated cost which was very well in reason. They gave me a time that it would be finished, but came across a delay. They called me to inform me of the situation, and I understood. They also provided a shuttle to pick me up once the vehicle was finished. They came on time and once there all service was explained, and overall I agreed. The service and job they done was superb, and I would recommend their service to anyone. It has been one aggravating and annoying car buying experience, and I'm just ready to receive what was initially supposed to be done by this dealership. Although I personally, will not purchase from First Team again, The GM Paul at this location is good; I thank him for genuinely trying to help me every time a problem has come about. He's very patient and truly tries to help to rectify your issues encountered, but I still will not return.

Well for starter I didn’t like the way the service rep talked to me when I called to make the appointment I had my car diagnosed at the dealership September 2020 and I knew what the problem was and was trying to decide if I wanted to send that amount of money to have my car repaired and once I decided and called for the service rep that set up the appointment asked me if I would be bringing the part to repair my car and that the dealership could not guarantee me the repair then I told her that my car was diagnosed at the dealership and she was able to bring it up on the computer, but my thing is she should not have told me that when I get my repair at the dealership on a regular. I was not at all pleased with the way that the service rep talk to once I left my car to be repaired called me that morning and told me all that was going to happen and that it would be a couple of days before the repair would be completed which I was aware of because they told me that when they diagnosed backed 2020, but he told me he would keep me posted on how things was coming along not once did he call I called him twice and finally when the repair was finished he called me and I had a coupon for 10% off and they only took a $100 off. I just don’t understand how that works. I prefer to have my car service at the dealership because I know the work is supposed to be guaranteed and that the mechanic are well trained to work on cars with all this new technology that cars are now equipped with but treat me fair.

My vehicle was scheduled promptly but your system did not apparently indicate I was a repeat customer. I dropped off my vehicle and was immediately advised that the service station was swapped ant it was doubtful that state vehicle would be serviced on time when all it required was a state inspection. This was not reassuring particularly since I was scheduled to travel out of town on state business. I must say the experience ended well when Mr. Mike Bunch telephonically contacted me and advised me my state vehicle service was completed on time. He was very professional, courteous and conciliatory. This was very much in contrast to the first service individual I encountered who and dismissive. I was however appreciative that my state vehicle was serviced and returned on time.

The service advisor Jim Goslee was extremely helpful and considerate. He arranged a rental car and kept us informed while my wife’s Tahoe was in for defective lifters in the engine. Jim did a great job and it’s because of people like him that keeps us coming back for service.

I had made an appt online at Hampton Chevrolet for Nov 17. When I arrived, I was told I didn't have an appt & that I probably made the appt with another place. The service manager came over & said He would get my car as soon as he could for inspection. Thirty minutes later, my car was ready to go.

So I went there to change the oil on the Corvette I didn't know they close at 1600, the person in service wasn't the friendliest and he didn't explain I could do everything online, when I finished with the appointment issue. a lady outside (DD is her name I'm not sure) she took the time to show me how to do it, something that nobody did before and this is my second chevy. The day of my appointment I arrived 10 minutes earlier and I park behind 5 other cars, when I go to the office, I asked about the 5 vehicles aheChevy. An ETA and they told me to ask my mechanic (?) So I went outside and this individual was so rude and unprofessional, I told him that I'm on time for my appointment and he said " I am not your mechanic!" (Phllips)..so I went inside and seems like everybody was making fun of me, nobody tried to explain to me what was going on.. so this lady (I think her name is Lacy) took care of me seems like the only one with manners and patience, and then the other males told this rude person that he actually have my car for service, and he didn't say anything knowing he was so wrong. What a terrible experience, I never felt this uncomfortable in a dealership, and I been all around US as a retiree US army. I will NEVER come back to this place again. I prefer to drive 5 more minutes and go to NN chevrolet.

Yesterday, 1/4/22, I had an appointment for a recall repair to my turbocharger replacement. I arrived and was told my Jim Goslee that it wasn't approved due to me having a previous accident, which was found to be not true. Then was told it was a error. I received a ride home, 45 minutes later, Jim called and stated he couldn't do the turbocharger, because the car computer was not receiving a code. Now mind you, I had taken my car in for a diagnostic test in Oct., which Jim stated it coded the turbocharger was at fault. I paid $99.99 for this test. Yesterday, now I told the car computer did not store the code. My question was, what happen to the code?? He stated he didn't know. I know I paid for the diagnostic test to be done. I have the paperwork to show it was done. They owe me for a false diagnostic test, which Jim Goslee team was responsible for. Was it done or not done? The White Team ran by Jim Goslee is not trustworthy. SMH

The sales team is fantastic! Just bought a vehicle here a month ago and the whole team for that and finance was great. I got the paint protection for my vehicle and I booked the appointment, all they told me was to park it by the bay doors for services. I show up, nothing is listed, the number to call says open at 8, and I work a full time job I don’t have time to sit around to call, so I leave my car parked to the side. I called back multiple times to solve the issue and ask what to do and got no assistance. Picked the car up four hours later, and still no new appointment. Terrible communication from whomever runs the service department/detailing area.

From the moment I met D until the last hand shake after transferring all my personal items from my trade after closing the deal, I felt well taken care of and treated with respect. Unbelievable. The used car was listed at $6,990 the morning I drove to Hampton Chevy to talk to Jordan. I literally PRINTED out the page from their website. When I arrived, Jordan showed me the car where it said $7,990 as a price. OK, so I think it must be the on-site price then? Already something felt off. Then we took the car for a very short test drive (he basically made us circle around the dealership once) and then we talked money. I mentioned that the price was $1,000 less on the website. He says: no, this is the online price. He goes to talk to his manager and comes back to tell me that they are willing to offer me a discount and offer $6,990 to "honor their online price." Wow. Just wow. This is a shady business strategy at best and morally questionable at least, and does NOT sit well with me at all. First raise the price, then take off what you raised and tell the customer you gave them a $1,000 discount to invalidate any other price adjustments? This is manipulative. We also saw a similar car (same make, two years younger, same mileage, different color) at a different dealer for $6,400. I brought it up, and Jordan insisted that the $6,990 was the best they could do, since they already "lowered" the price by $1,000. Sure you did. Jordan also mentioned that these cars typically sell in a month and that it has already been sitting there for more than three weeks or so. Great. Add "pressuring" to the list. I never left a car dealership so quickly, and I will not be coming back. Shame. PS: This was for a 2004 Lincoln Town Car at 85,000 miles, sold "as-is," so not even with any sort of warranty. The competing dealership sold a 2006 version with a three month warranty for $6,150.

I came for a routine scheduled oil change. I had two concerns that I spoke to Kelly about while checking in. The servicing was done in a short time and I was called to check out. I asked the man who was checking me out about my concerns and he told me I would have to make an appointment for those things. While standing there Kelly came up beside me and told me she herself had fixed both my concerns. It didn’t require another service appointment. This is not the first time she has gone over and above to help me. I left with wondering what I could do to thank her. She is a strong member of the team at Hampton Chevrolet, and the reason I keep coming back. I always look forward to seeing her when I go for service. She puts a smile in my heart and I feel confident that she really cares about me as I am an older woman not accompanied by my husband who is disabled.

Quick service and fair prices. I always use First Team for all my scheduled maintenance and repairs. I came in for a routine oil/filter change. Service was efficient and reasonably priced. I had been hearing a whirring noise when I accelerated for several months, but I didn't even think to mention it. The technician heard the noise and quickly determined the problem was with one of the parts that holds and drives the serpentine belt (I don't recall the exact name of the part). Had this failed, it would have caused damage. As it was, Hampton Chevy was able to replace the part while I waited, and at a reasonable cost. When I drove away, no more whirring noise!

Was Super excited after purchasing a new 2021 Silverado (not from Hampton Chevrolet, that's another review) and looking forwards to adding some new assist steps because mine truck did not come with any. So after being told not to, I took a chance and went to the parts department at" First Team Hampton Chevrolet." Everything was going fine, the parts rep was super nice and informative. He also went out of his way to show me how to redeem my rewards points to save me some money on my purchase. Was told that the part would arrive the next day by 10:00 am which was great for me! The sale rep then led me out to the body shop rep to set me up an installment appointment for 1:00 pm the next day. Told me the install takes about an hour. I was set! I took off work the next day (this afternoon) to have the parts installed. Went into the waiting room right outside the part department to the waiting room. I found this a good time to take a little nap. Forty-five minutes later a service rep comes into the waiting room looking for me. He informs me that the parts did not come in and will be here tomorrow. This was a fail! With a name like "First Team" you would expect Hampton Chevrolet to act like it. There was plenty of things they could have done to rectified this problem. For starters, they could have called me that morning and let me know the part did not arrive, they had my number. Credibility goes a long way with me. Being my first time visiting Hampton Chevrolet they made a negative impression on me because they have shown they are not dependable. In addition, I assume "First Team" has something to do with customers first. Well, I was not first in this case. I wasted a full days pay of work for a service that I never received. As far as I am concerned Hampton Chevrolet should install my part for free, considering the amount of money I paid for is and money I lost by taking the day off. The car was looked at on the scheduled day and a preliminary summary was given. While working on the car more items were found in need of replacement and that I approved to be done. The car runs nice and I thank Chevy for fixing my 2000 corvette.

Unfortunately I have to change this review. Initially I had a good experience when I bought the car January 2020, however 11 months later the key fob stopped working. When they sold me the car they only provided 1 fob instead of the customary 2. My only option was to pay $275 out of pocket for a new fob after waiting 2 hours. That's pretty ridiculous since A) they should have given me 2 to begin with, and B) I haven't even had the vehicle a year. Super unfortunate experience today.

I had a great experience at this body shop and I have to say this is one of the best experiences I ever had. From the start to finish they do a great job on the body work and paint job. Yes, my car did have a little bit of paint issue on the side on the bumper but they are going to fix it. The paint job is amazing and I have to say that I am impressed.

I needed a tire replaced due to a wood screw being lodged in a spot that could only be patched temporarily. The service and parts teams reacted swiftly and courteously to get me 2 new tires (requested) and have them installed within 2 days. They did everything I asked them to. The only unfortunate occurrence was there was a problem with one of the TPMS sensors (driver front), which was rotated from the rear. I called them 2 days later, regarding the issue, and they were able to get me in, the very same day, to reset all sensors and correct the tire pressure on all tires.
