We didn’t actually go with FSCB for our mortgage loan, but the customer service we received while checking rates and comparing banks warrants a 5 star review. Tatha was on top of communicating with us and answering questions 24/7 even on weekends and a holiday. At the end of the day there were small reasons for choosing a different bank for us personally, but customer service would not be one of them and I plan to work with FSCB in the future.
