First State Bank is awesome! I’m used to being charged a fee for everything with bigger banks. Not FSB! They are so helpful too and really seem to care about their customers!

If you are searching for a mortgage lender who will treat you like a friend, give you an excellent rate, and walk you through the lending process, then your search is over. Run, don’t walk, to the office of Britt Watson. You’ll leave with a smile and a new respect for banking. Thank you First State Bank for giving me one of the few 5 star banking experiences ever.

This bank looks to be the main site of First State Bank but does not meet the requirements of a Bank from a state where Governor pays interest for people with disabilities. I had to go there, because my site on Loop 288 is closed.. Does not have a DriveThrugh service, only an ITM badly situated for people with disabilities. Also the entrance of the Bank does not have access for handicap and wheelchair, despite of their desire to be Senior friendly. It is hard to understand why they closed the site well fitted on Loop 288.

Financed our new pool project and refinanced with the house once complete. Very easy, very professional and eager to resolve any issues.

This was my first dealing with First State Bank, and it was significant. My mortgage had unique aspects which could've been a challenge for others, but Robert and team took care of me like family. I can sincerely say that I am looking forward to working with Robert and Adriana again, and would encourage anybody to make FSB and Robert their first call.

FSB is one of the first banks we have worked with that exceeded excellent customer service. Our home loan process was smooth because of the . professionalism and expertise Mr. Britt Watson and Ms. Crystal Sykes provided. We are so thankful and blessed to have been directed to FSB.

This place charges fees for everything. They close early without warning, always have to change the passwords and have no locations. This is the hardest bank to work with. They even question all the checks we deposit. Geez…..
