First Service Fed Credit Union E Main St, Reynoldsburg

I have been a member of this credit union for 25 years now. I have NEVER received anything but exemplary service from anyone there. I got the opportunity to speak with Ken Light regarding an unsecured loan. With his help, I learned that is not the only route to go. He was patient and helpful. Took the time to answer any questions I had and to make sure I understood the criteria. If you’re not a member of First Service Federal Credit Union and are looking for a financial institution, please look them up. Small, friendly, helpful.

My Mom referred me to the Reynoldsburg First Service Federal Credit Union back in 2015 and I have been a loyal, happy, satisfied member since. Would highly recommend them to everyone. With branches located throughout central Ohio it makes it convenient to get to one. The Reynoldsburg staff is professional and know their members needs are important. Paid off my vehicles but they only sent me the title for 1. I was told to got to title agency to get the other one. Had to set appointment because of COVID and miss work only to find THEY NEVER RELEASED THE TITLE TO ME. So now I have to make another appointment when I call them they acted like it’s no big deal. Make sure you get your title they are lackadaisical about important customer matters.

This institution does NOT support military members. If you're in the military and could be stationed outside the continental US, DO NOT do business with this institution. My father has been a decorated member of the US Army for the last 20 years. He has been deployed to Afghanistan where he put his life on the line to defend the rights of everyone who works for that institution as well as the rest of the country. My father recently received orders to PCS to a US territory and First Service Federal Credit Union will not allow him to take the vehicle with him. The country has been a US territory for over 100 years, and my father has never missed a payment on his truck. Soldiers, spouses please be aware and don't fall into their trap. DO NOT finance vehicles with this anti-military institution. All they've done is cause unnecessary hardship to man who proudly serves his country.

They were so helpful and awesome. Cynthia helped me out and got me together with no issues. I look forward to building my relationship with 1st Service.

Been banking with this credit union since 1985 when I first started working at Children's hospital. Super friendly,helpful, remembers husband is not well & always asks about him Go inside just to get the "warm fuzzies" they are so good at giving. Have even been known to help me with door as I use a walker

Our family has been using 1st Service Credit Union since 1994. We followed this bank branch from Pickerington to when they moved to Reynoldsburg. For all these years, our Reynoldsburg 1st Service Federal Credit Union branch has been a wonderful place to bank. We always had the best customer service and have always found their staff to be friendly and extremely helpful. From our checking, savings, car loan and home equity loans, we couldn’t be happier. We are happy to be and will continue to be long time member of 1st Service Credit Union.

Been banking here for 15 years. A friendly local institution. I will always choose credit unions over multinational banks. Not sure what these other reviews are complaining about. No one needs to hear your story about your dad serving in the military. The empty can rattles the loudest.

I went through a weekend long miscommunication with my employer due to direct deposit, I visited Ms. Mary as well as Ms. Bertha the Reynoldsburg branch & they assisted me Wonderfully & effortlessly. They solved my Problems by the end of the weekend & did not hesitate to assist with any other issues. Great location !
