First Savings Bank has the best rate for savings at a local bank in Lake Havasu City with .3 on a money market account at this time. We wanted a local bank rather than an online bank. The phone is answered immediately and staff is helpful. We had no wait as a walk in although they also offer appointments. Tim helped us sort through what the best type of account was to meet our needs at this time. He was personable and very helpful . He is very knowledgable both about this bank and products available. First Savings Bank stepped up when I needed them after my business was mandated to shut down due to Covid. When my big bank that I've been a customer with for nearly 2 decades failed to assist me during the trying times, I looked to a smaller, more local bank. Teri Jameson and the staff at First Savings Bank helped my companies navigate through the initial confusion of the Paycheck Protection Program at the beginning of the Covid pandemic. When most other banks were lost and overwhelmed, Teri and her staff were working tirelessly to accommodate their customers. She actually called me on a Sunday morning to tell me that they had successfully processed our loan packages. I ended up referring several people to Teri and I can't tell you how pleased everyone is. This is a First Class Bank and I've already moved two of my accounts over to them.
