    Don't use their ATM in Manhattan. Machine kept my card and said contract my financial institution. USAA said card was good and doesn't expire until 2027. Went into First Republic Bank and the man said sorry, but a third party company only has access to the machines. No help, but lots of hassle for customers.

    I switched from big commercial bank about two years ago and very happy I did. Service is personal, no fees when I use cash machines even abroad, and you can get help any time you need it from someone you actually have met at the bank. How nice!
