    Literally any other bank is better than this one. Terrible service, annoying app. I just want to check my balance with ease, it’s been a year and they’re still awful.

    I have found the communication slow and lacking throughout the purchase transaction. Loan types changing without notification, title companies changing without notification. Slow replies and no communication without asking about the status of the loan.
