First PREMIER Bank N Sycamore Ave, Sioux Falls

Bank won’t stop spam emailing us. We live 700 miles away from this bank and never had an account there or even lived in this state. Numerous phone calls result in a refusal to remove our email without giving our name. We try to explain the emails are addressed to someone else, just coming to our email, to no avail. Then supervisor said she “did not have email” so we could email her our info or forward the spam emails for Clarification. Lying scamming rude employees.

I had to call this branch at least 10 times over the same situation then the manager called me back and he gave me a different answer them the other 10 people I had spoken with.. I do not recommend going to this location.

Worst experience in the drive thru. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Very unsatisfied. Went to withdrawal a little bit of money I had in my account. And the ladies start asking me why I’m leaving my account balance so low. I’m sorry I don’t a million dollars to pay my bills with. I never stated I was closing my account. Kept asking me if I’d be making future deposits. And that I’m such a new customer that i shouldn’t leave my balance that low. I felt so embarrassed. Window teller’s name was Mary. I will NOT BE returning to sycamore location. Never had any issues at any other branch.

This location is the worst! Everytime there's a problem it's because I use this location. I don't know if they just run 10 steps behind the other branches or if it's how this branch is ran.
