She will walk you through the whole process. She is professional, courteous, and very friendly. She closed my loan in less than thirty days. Which I understand is unheard of in this business. I would recommend her to anyone looking to finance your home.

Ashley is truly first class!! As a Realtor there is nothing like having a lender who you can trust to keep you in the loop during the whole loan process! Not to mention we closed the deal in 18 DAYS!! And that's with Thanksgiving in the middle of it. Who does that!!?? Best experience with a lender of my career!! Cant wait to do more deals with her!!

I have used First Option in the past and have always been pleased. Ashley is helpful and responsive, and keeps everything moving along. There was a bit of a technical glitch with the electronic signature process and she offered to bring the documents to me personally. Not needed as she quickly identified a workaround for the issue. First Option Mortgage was the first mortgage company that listened to my needs then found a plan that worked for me. I had other Mortgage companies , Rocket and Rapid Mortgage that did not understand the loan process nor did they understand me. These companies failed and went on 3-4 months of nonsense back and forth rabbit holes that produced nothing. Their processing cost me thousands of dollars in interest rates because they did not know how to file a loan with their underwriters.
