Recently refinanced a home with Shiann. We were very pleased with all of her service. We ran into some road blocks and she was both a great problem solver, and very open to suggestions from us to get over hurdles. We pulled into the drive thru lane at 17:27 to find it CLOSED. We called ahead to make sure we had time to get there, drove 36 miles and are now out of fuel because they closed early.
