If you think these guys are only in it for themselves, you may change your mind. My guitar was stollen and pawned here. Dustin got ahold of me through a Facebook post about the missing guitar and after they bought they guitar called me and gave it back to me at their loss of the money they spent. This is a story with a good ending and I am happy to sing the praises for First National Pawn!

Great selection. Extremely helpful and patient staff. I bought a DVD player and the employee named Dustin was very nice about everything and even helped me by selling me an even better model than the one that I was originally going to buy for the same price. You can trust these people.

Been a long time customer. 16yrs. This one's customer service has dropped to a 2 star at best. They low ball you and lie to try and convince you your stuff has no value to them. Yet when they sell their stuff they ask prices as if it's gold plated with every excuse in the book. Example had a home theatre sub. They offered $30 because one sold on eBay for 99 cents and $60 shipping. They ignored the other dozen plus that sold for $150 to $250. I sold it for $100 in a day. Shows what they know. I could go on all day about how it's gone downhill. Even called to talk to a manager and just got the constant ugh huh ugh huh with the same excuse over and over. I'm moving on to a pawnshop in Boise. Yes I'll drive for real customer service. My guess is this specific store is going downhill because the good employees are never there anymore.

The best pawn shop ever! Chris is super helpful! Love Cody and Dustin as well! They all will work with you to make sure you are well taken care of and happy. Even when we had to move out of state and leave a couple things in there temporarily, they continued to work with us. Truly appreciate them!

These guys are all right. I mean you got to remember they are a pawnshop. If you want top dollar sell it yourself. Otherwise these guys are really good to deal with. As far as buying you get what you get at pawnshops. They’ve handled most issues in a good timely fashion. These guys can be good about things but you have to be very careful if you take something that’s worth a lot of money specially say an expensive watch they’re going to try just to get it under the price. Thier gunna pull up the prices on eBay and go look it only sells for this much even though that’s clearly a fake and there’s clearly a difference in price between the fakes and the reals. One thing that always drives me nuts about pawnshops they decide their prices according to eBay which eBay prices jump up and down on its own and that has nothing to do with how valuable something is in your community.. seller beware and buyer beware.. it’s always fun when you go in there with something like jewelry or watch or something that needs an eye to know if it’s real or valuable and you get a 20-year-old..

Awful. If it were an option to not give any stars, I'd do that. If the staff appears bored, you won't get a fair price. If any at all

Everything I own is junk but they take harbor freight tools give the guy over half of what they offer me for a iPad that wasn't refurbished but he quoted me a refurbished price

Research what your gonna buy before you buy it! Prices are extremely high! I bought a gutair for a Christmas present and after I bought it i wanted to do some research (bad mistake) I could buy the same gutair even better color selection brand new for cheaper then what I bought it threw them. So I called and seen maybe if they knew that and would lower the price or etc. Nope the guy said I can return the item for instore credit and buy something else. Also told me that I should have researched it before I bought it, So FYI research then buy! Or youll learn the hard way like me.

This place is awesome. I am constantly buying new movies and trading them in or wanting to just sale them. The crew at First National Pawn are always really friendly and give me a fair deal. Unlike other pawn shops around the area, this place will actually take the time to find out what your items are worth and give you a GOOD deal. They have a pretty good selection of other items too. First National Pawn is the only place I’ll take my business. They Rock!

Myself and my family have been going through first national pawn for all our pawn business. The employees are always polite and will 9 times out of 10 work with you for most everything ! I've taken items more than once to various shops that try to offer unfair, "low ball" prices.first national has always given us the better deal with everything, we don't even check around anymore. 😊😊
