I'm a regular here, but today was strike 2, and I don't play baseball. Shame on them. A while back after new owners took over, I tried to pawn an old pawn sterling and turquoise ring. They offered $5.00, and said these rings are worthless. Shame on them for being so cheap, and not offering a regular something decent, to get me buy. All those employees disappeared, so I gave them a second chance today. My cash card got closed out due to fraud, and I'm broke through the weekend till I get a replacement card. I brought a $700 bike in with no seat because I stored the seat indoors for the winter. Employee said no because didn't have the seat with it. So I brought in a $300 messenger bag, as he asked if I had anything else? I put the bag on the counter, and took my bike back outside to my rig. When I went back in, the barely legal employee ignored me? That led to an uncomfortable conversation with another employee. He tried everything to take the bag, and do me a solid. While snotnose continues to ignore me. Couldn't offer $ on the messenger bag, but missed that I also brought a bike. I walked away defeated, and not knowing if the gas in my rig would get me home. A dude strapped outside asked what happened, they wouldn't even take the bike on a pawn? I said yeah, they've done me dirty before, too. He asked if I was a veteran, and I showed him my tattoo saying yes. Dude said "I got you" and gave me $30. Bucks. I almost cried as I thanked him... As for the children working there, you are free because of me, little ungrateful f**ks. I am done with you a**holes. You've no hearts. Go downtown, They rule!

I love shopping at this pawn store! I have to admit that since they have changed company I get a lot more back when I want to sell to them; thank you! I like how organized it is, and that I can seem to shop with ease. They are very reasonable in price as well. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I always have my questions answered. They are really good about working with you when trying to get the money value you need when selling your items to them. I will keep going to them for sure, and recommend them to anyone looking for a pawn shop.

Absolutely insane tool prices, sometimes selling them above retail while missing accessories and parts. Wanting $8 for cheap chrome vanadium sockets and $45 for a leaf blower with no accessories that I paid $40 for new 2 years ago. Just 2 examples of the crazy prices I found in there.

I went there with my drum I've had for years and is precious to me. I bought it originally for almost 400!! I went there with my son hoping to sell it for just 100 so I can pay off my bills and they told me they wouldn't buy it from me for anywhere near that price!!!! I am so disgusted with them!! I've sold it for 150 once in Washington when I was needing money and that went by just fine and I went back and got my baby back!!!

Walked into the store to get ride of something and I could tell from the moment I made eye contact that he didn't want to help. After i asked him a question twice because the first time he just raised his shoulders. He just refused to sell. He looked like Nate Diaz before a fight when I first walked up to him. No wonder they have bad reviews on the internet. Went to 2 different stores that day and they were all smiles. Dont go!

Absolute swindlers, stay away from them. Had recent car troubles, decided to take a loan out on my mod'ed SKS. My usual shop was a little further away than I cared to trouble a buddy for a ride to, so I chose this spot. BIG mistake. I bought this rifle for $350 last summer, have taken loans out on it for up to $180. When I asked the counter guy for $150 he told me that's what they'd sell it for. Doubt the hell out of that since they're selling USED Hi-Points at $150, plus the fact that they had an SKS with an aftermarket stock like mine on their shelf for $350 fall before last. I'll be taking the time to get out to Cash 1 by the Wye tomorrow, where they treat their customers right and don't insult their intelligence. Un. Believable.

I wouldn’t even consider giving them a half star. Walked in there with a brand new ps4 hasn’t even been opened up and they wouldn’t even pawn or buy it. I had no gas to get home and they didn’t care. Had a big smile on their faces and laughed.

I would give a quarter of a star if it was a choice.. My husband & I have been here a few times and each time was the same, absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They did not even blink an eye at us. Did not ask if we needed help nothing at all. I had to go up to them for help. When he did come help he was boarder line rude. I believe we are done with this place. We will continue our service over at Cash One!! They know our name, they give great deals and have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The items I've bought here (guitar, backpack, weights) were all well-priced for the quality. Much less than other pawn shops in my experience. After checking thrift stores for what I'm looking for I'll stop here. I have never sold anything here so I can't comment on selling.

I went here today looking for a specific item and met the owner, I believe his name was Seth. He not only helped me find what I was looking for but gave me a really great deal on it as well as threw in some free stuff for my little girl. In the past I've had negative experiences with employees here, but this man has convinced me it is worth a second chance. Very friendly, and has a care for his customers and his business. I'm glad I went here today and will go back again for sure.

They had it listed on craigslist for 400 but it was 425 in store I asked about if it was 400 or 425 they said it was 425 and they weren't going down anymore. Both employees were extremely rude.
