This place is the best in town! Every time I’ve gone in I’ve been greeted by a friendly staff that is also very knowledgeable! The prices are also very reasonable! I promise I won’t be going to any other pawn company except this place.

This is among the friendliest, most courteous, and most respectful businesses I’ve ever entered. The staff at First National are absolutely awesome! I’ve sold one item here but stop in to shop a lot. They got to know me pretty quickly and are always cheerful and pleasant. They’re very professional, too, both in my experience and when I’ve seen their interactions with people while I’m perusing movies and games.

The night manager and his associate were absolutely amazing. They help me with everything and their customer service was phenomenal. I wish there was more people like that in the world those two guys, really have great hearts and we're truly there in my time of need. Not only did they help me at the store, as I went to leave my truck battery was dead, and he (Justin) came around the corner in his own car and charged up my battery enough to get my truck started. So I had to drive 3 and a half hours to get to National Pawn by their closing time. I’ve only had a day off in perhaps 5 weeks. Anyhow, I only had a small window of time to retrieve some items I got a small loan on. Well I came to the pawn shop exactly 9 minutes after their closing time. After talking to Rex while en route, I explained my hectic schedule due to working long hours. And both Tiffany and Rex & his crew took care of me! Tiffany really made me feel welcome and went the extra mile to accommodate me even though I was very muddy and dirty after a three and a half hour drive one way after another 12 hour shift at my job. Not to mention getting there 9 minutes after closing time. As always the team went above any expectations I would have. Thanks so much you guys! I brought in real gold to sell. 3 people told me it was fake, over two trips. Jesse response "I've been here long as my boss and I have no question it's not real, if you can get documentation we pay top dollar' I went to silver gold in Bismarck, the same test it was real. You wasted my time because you didnt know what you were doing. Avoid for jewelry. They claimed fake fold, but was actual 18k. They offered 750 if it was real. I got 1225 in Bismarck.

Very pleased with customer service. Very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had. I highly reccomend this store to anyone in the area. I will definately be back next time I am in town.

The staff is always so friendly and super helpful. I am a regular customer there, I just recently bought a 75 inch smart tv from there. They gave me a great deal that I couldn’t refuse. So I have a happy wife who loves her new tv.

It was a snowy Wednesday evening when I have lost my phone and Was looking at purchasing a new phone! I have gone to other locations in the biz-man area to search for the right phone. I've have purchased several items from First National Pawn in Mandan, ND including jewellery, game systems/accessories and tools. I've also been granted loans from this store. I am very pleased with the fast and polite service. The staff is courteous and knowledgable. I will continue to use this store as the only Pawn shop I will patronage.

Horrible place these people think that seller’s are crack heads offering 30 dollars for something that cost 600 dollars and it is brand new that is so disrespectful what a joke of a place never coming back I recommend that people sell their stuff online and don’t sell their stuff in that place

I have been doing business with First National for about 2 years. They operate with an extremely helpful, honest, and pleasant staff. I like how fast and efficient they get things done. They all make customer Service look very easy, being in retail in the past, I know that is not always an easy task. So I commend First National Pawn and give them ***** (5 stars)

This pawn shop is a joke I bought in a brand new rifle with a scope on it I know what this gun worth all they we going give for it was 175.00 it never had a round throw it I was told by a customer to go north skay pawn when I was leaving with my rifle

Tiffany helped my husband and I multiple times get the best product and price. Great customer service. Also I was present when Tiffany helped a customer who had a seizure in the store. Her promptness was remarkable and kindness. Thanks Tiffany--- we will definitely return.

A very outstanding staff. From speaking over the phone to being there in person, you immediately feel a warm welcome. My experience with the staff was one of the most pleasant that Matt, the manager offer me a ride home. Not to mention Kate and Mayvice, his coworkers were just as awesome as himself. They're very cordial with thier customers.

Had a great experience at First National Pawn. Steve the new manager was very willing to work with me and his associates Jesse, Lloyd, and Melissa were all very friendly.

I used to love going here. However, they must have been purchased by a different company because the shopping experience has totally changed. Where you used to find good merchandise at reasonable prices, you'll now find dirty, incomplete, or broken products at or above retail. They also generally refuse to negotiate unless the item has been out for months. On the plus side, staff is fairly professional and helpful. I still go in to look around every once in a while, but very rarely find anything worth buying.

It seems to be much better than they have been for awhile I really like one of the guys that work there he is very knowledgeable about most everything in there especially all the guns. Also they pay more then any other shop in town definitely. They pay better then Northsky pawn for sure on everything that I've taken in there I always go to First National Pawn because when I call them they always offer me more $. Plus they take everything that I'm getting rid of. I was selling a brand new Garmen and Northsky wouldn't even take it but First National took it and gave me more for it then Northsky did for the other one I took in. So go First National all the time. They are also giving more for handguns then every other pawn shop around guaranteed. They are specifically looking for guns right now.

Melanie was very kind and respectful. I had an issue that she quickly resolved and she was very friendly even having time to talk about life a bit, while fixing my issue. I had a nice conversation with her. 10/10 she's a great person to do business with.

Horrible customer service today! Three employees on duty only one employee that could ring up if you needed to pawn and one employee that could ring up if you purchased something which made no sense because on Sundays FNP the only pawnshop open busy busy busy. I waited 2 and half hours until I was helped but this lady who obviously in charged helped 4 other customers while helping me long story short lady didnt know anything about managing or business she offered me 3 bucks for my 1857 Flying Eagle grade Very Fine.

Empty store, hardly any items or tools. Bare shelves and empty cases, really has gone downhill from a few years ago. North Sky Pawn is better by far.

Fairly marked prices. The staff was nice and helped me find a computer that was going to fit my needs and budget. Will shop here again. 5stars.

They NEVER remember to put on their OPEN sign hahaha but the staff are always super friendly! Have had a couple run ins with some rude female staff refusing to give me the same loan on the same item their boss just approved the week before. Always helps me out when I need it, always go back!

We were treated like dirt. My wife brought in 3 purses with matching wallets that she paid extra for. 400 dollar authentic purses in very mint condition and she offered us 5 dollars. Very unhappy she slapped us in the face like that.

Absolutely horrible service!!!!!! I was hung up on when I asked a question. Not just that but I paid on my layaway and contacted them and they canceled it on me, so I lose out about $300! I was not late and I called last week and yesterday and they said it was all fine. Go in the next day and they say it was canceled and they dont give cash back. They straight up rob people! Racheal is just as rude as that girl tia was. Hostile , abusive and toxic work environment. Corruption all around. Be careful what you buy as Matt the new store manager has a rule in place that broken stuff that gets returned gets put back out on the floor for sale , when it is returned the THIRD time they will take it off the floor. So knowingly putting garbage out there and collecting money. And guess what ? A 24 hour return policy with no cash back. Their vision is to be the most profitable pawn shop in the world. Go figure and that means by any lengths....... save yourself the time and go to mario! He loans better and has amazing product for prices you can’t beat! I just about filled my house with stuff from him!
