First National Bank & Trust E 8th St, Okmulgee

Honestly this is the first bank where everyone is so nice and eager to help you. The only downfall is that you are unable to deposit money via the atms, but other than that they are pretty good. They just updated their cards and online banking, and so far so good! Joel was also very nice and patient when helping me with an issue I had. Love this place!

This bank is outdated. I thought it would of been a great bank but it doesn't take atm deposits. They're atms are 40 years old and when I setup an account I was never told that first national bank in okmulgee is not affiliated with the other 1000s of first national banks. Super inconvenient upgrade your systems.

The people here are so friendly! I call Bailee in new accounts a lot and she is always happy to help me with any of my online banking problems! This is a great bank with great staff!

I have been with 1st National Bank for many years. They have always been good to me. I live in Arkansas at this time but still bank up there. Hoping to move back to Okmulgee sometime this year.

Had to change my review. Today we brought in a check to cash for my Aunt. They refused and told us to take it to wal-mart. My Aunt has had an account with them for years and this is proof as to what loyalty to an Okmulgee business will reward you with. #TakeItToWaMart. #OkmulgeeFailing

I love my bank. I have been with First National for 7 years and they are the greatest. I will receive a call if they see a charge on my account and I appreciate the alert. I will tell anyone, if you want a great bank, go with First National Bank & Trust.

Now, I’m not the type to usually post reviews about businesses but I have to say that I was blown away by the kindness of the employees in this bank. I don’t bank here but that might change soon. I have a friend who banks here and he has praised the loans here on many occasions. Recently my debit card number was stolen by some low life’s who were using the card to order stuff online and my bank was being less than helpful only recommending their automated number for stolen or frauds cards. While I was ranting about the scumbags to him; my friend suggested I reach out to First National to get advice because he has had the same issue before and his banker Bailey had helped him. Even though Im not a customer she offered advice and helped me get my money back. If they are willing to help a stranger than I would love to actually be a customer. Felt like that interaction was worth telling.
