Do NOT go to this bank if you accidentally lose more than 3 cards in 11 years 1 stolen, Wanda will kick you out, treat you beyond horrible and refuse to let you speak to her boss. I loved this bank and the people that work in the bank with people. But the back people treat you horrible!!!!

The people at this bank are so rude! I work in Beloit so I almost always go to Beloit. Don't go here unless you have to....they need a lesson in customer service!

Usually great service, however. The customer service staff have an issue with misspelling names. Even when the correct name is infront of them. When confronted of the matter. They offered no help in recovering a payment sent to said account. Even went the route of sending it back to the irs. Where I wouldn't see it possibly for months. Didn't even apologize for the matter.

This bank has great service and kind employees! They call me by name and know my kids. They are very easy to work with and have helped us get a loan when we needed one.

I stop bye here once in a while when Im in Janesville. The staff here never seem very friendly atleast not compared to Beloit. I do most of my banking in Beloit this is a no other choice bank.
