    I've been with first national Bank of Alaska eastchester branch for 4 years from the time I arrived in Alaska. I was once charged erroneously for lost ATM card when we went over the transaction it was their error and they more than likely refunded my bank account the staff is always nice that the head manager Sam I think his name is he's awesome there's Natalie there's Jill that works to drive through and there's many other tellers that are really patient and kind my name is Deborah Reeder... Your favorite customer w small white utility truck.

    Poor customer service. No staff available. Refused to accept legal documents. There are many better choices. Credit unions are far better.
