    It would be really nice if this Eagle River branch updated its hours online. Second time I have driven all the way into town just to find the bank closed. Don’t bother going on Saturday even during the posted hours, you will have wasted your time. Call first, when nobody answers, you will know they are probably closed.

    Snottty tellers who were less than helpful. I was asking for a cash advance and the teller looked at me like I was wasting her time. Off putting experience.
