I rarely write reviews for banks, however, this bank deserves a review. What a great team they have at First National at Arapahoe. Everyone is super nice and very courteous, the teller line never makes me wait in line and I appreciate it. I don’t like to spend 10-20 minutes making a deposit. I also once had an opportunity to work with the bankers and they’re great. Helped me get online and walked me through the steps of setting everything up online. I am grateful, in this day and age of technology, this bank doesn’t struggle to provide services to their client. Overall, very satisfied customer, thank you!

I was subjected to a scam from email from PAYPAL. I tried to get out of it by myself, but to no avail. I went to the bank office where I met with KELLY HOGAN, who was quick to understand the problem and offered me advise to get out of the problem. He arranged for me bring my PC to meet with MOISEY AGASIEV who corrected the problem directly on my PC. MOISEY was very smart and did a complete repair. His exam of my PC recommend for me to get a new personal PC, which I did and brought it to him for complete update. These gentlemen were first rate in helping and I want thank the BANK for this fine customer service.

FNB - Arapahoe Branch has been our business partner for over 10 years. They have treated our account like family. Their simple online banking system makes for easy transactions when its convenient for my schedule.

Wells Fargo closed its location on Arapahoe which means it’s time for a new bank. I mentioned this to the teller at 1st national and asked for some change. I was told this was against their policy to give me change for larger bills. Look at the bright side, one less bank to consider!

We have used a lot of different banks for our business and First National Bank is by far my favorite. Their customer service is phenomenal. We get amazing personalized service, immediate response times, and they consistently go above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bank with a dedication to quality service.

Cannot to begin to describe the experience of banking. This branch is the only branch in Colorado. Even though it’s a little far from where I live the staff makes an effort to make it an absolute best experience. Teller transactions are faster, faster than most banks I bank with. Customer service is top notch! All around an awesome branch! They recently hired a new handsome looking gentleman, I believe his name starts with an M. He is a nice fellow.

This is the most unprofessional bank to do Business with. I have never experience such a terrible customer service from any other bank we currently do business with. The lady claiming to be the Manager, hung up on me, when I was verifying some information, she was extremely un- patient and unprofessional. I would never do business nor personal business with this bank. You will be much better off with USBank, Chase, Key bank and any other well recognized financial institutions.

Lisa B provides the best customer service of any banker I've met. They always do a great job on our loans.
