First National Bank N 2nd St, Harrisburg

I worked with a banker from First National Bank with assurance that they will procure a commitment letter and refinance on the hospitality asset. After nearly 2 months of providing documentation on a very high cash flowing asset, said we don’t do hospitality loans. This could have been told to me in a single day. What do they do, they apologize, which doesn’t cover my loss of time and loss of another banks commitment and rates are now up. Do Not Do Business with this bank. The worst part about this is that I let go of another bank’s commitment letter. Take your business to Fleetwood Bank, Spiro Kasapidis.

I like the next day deposit on paper checks. When I made claims against unauthorized transactions they handled it and returned the funds to my account.

Ever since this place stopped being a Metro Bank they have been one inconvenience after the next. They pushed their opening time back. They're now closed on Sundays. And the service is near non-existent. I went in on the 7th of May, 2018 to order checks, and I went back on the 15th to check on the status. I was told it usually take seven business days to be delivered, but when he went to check the status, well isn't it convenient that that specific system had gone down ten-minutes prior. It's now the 20th and I still haven't received my checks. Do not bank here.

I have been trying to correct a bank mistake since November and it is mid January. It is a very simple correction that needs to be made and no one is handling it. I keep being told someone will call me. They NEVER call when they say they are. I have to call once a week and nothing has been done. It is awful. WORST BANK EVER!

The branch is closed and I no longer have access to my account. I cant check my account info anywhere and I can't call anyone to see why they closed my account or if they even did that because they're not answering calls. Do NOT bank here.

Pathetic service. Ordered checks that the bank said were sent out 1/27. Still have not been received. Of course 1st National wasted no time debiting the account. They will do nothing but suggest I close the account and open a new one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!

I opened a small personal savings account with Commerce Bank prior to First National Bank buying it out.. Unbeknownst to me FNB charged me to keep the account. They not only drained the account but charged me to close the account which they brought to a negative balance and were charging fees to maintain that! Meanwhile I keep my business account elsewhere... I suggest you bank elsewhere too! Pretty bad when you can't even get to 2 stars on reviews.. THERE'S A REASON FOR THAT.

Have called the 1800 customer service phone number because there is no answer at the local branch. Customer service confirmed I have the correct phone number but no one ever answers... Don't know what kind of shady things are going on with this bank, but why would you ever leave your money with a bank so unreliable that they can't even answer a phone call?

Have been dealing with FNB for a good bit now and I don't like it. I had one woman on the phone yelling at me because I didn't understand why my account was over drafted $40 when they had taken out $2.00 because I still did paper billing. Only reason I'm still with FNB is because I'm not sure where else to go. .

On hold for 1hr and still no answer. The only reason I have or had to call them is because they locked my online account. I hate this bank.
