    If I could give zero stars I would. I am not one to post reviews but I’ve honestly never had so many charges/fees with such a lack of customer service in my 10 years of having my own bank account. I will be switching very soon.

    I have been at this bank for over 2 years. It is beyond exceptional!! Customer service is like no other. Super friendly and they are very accommodating. They offer Coffee, soda beverages, candy, and other snacks. Every time you come in. No hidden fees!! I have never been charged or had any money taken out for services. If I get money out of a different ATM or bank I get the charge fee back into my account. As long as I bring a receipt. This is really a one of a kind bank. I highly recommend them.

    Charging overdraft fee's when I was never overdrawn & I don't have overdraft protection so it's not even possible!
