I had never banked with these folks before I applied for a home-improvement loan. After recently dealing with a national mortgage company, I was prepared for problems, but First National is geared toward customer service. Every single person I encountered in the bank was friendly--genuinely friendly--and helpful. I will be moving all my banking here. It's very refreshing to do business with people like this.
