First National Bank S Robb St, Trinity

I agree with the previous low reviews. The people here are extremely rude. I have exchanged cash for coins at least 2 times previously, and so has my partner. I have people who are tellers at other franchises and have confirmed there is no such policy that “you can’t get coins unless you bank here.” Well I can certainly tell you I will never put my money into this bank after the rudeness of the teller and Manager Crystal. I called and asked for them to direct me to where this policy is stated and she said “we don’t have to post it, we just don’t.” So my next call is to corporate. You are completely pushing people away who could potentially be customers. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else.

I am new to Trinity Texas and I seen this is the only bank in town. I needed to get a few quarters. I went in handed the teller a $5 bill and asked if i could please get some quarters? And she looked dead in my eyes are you a customer here? I said no so she said well then we cant give you any quarters! I cant believe what this world has came to! You cant even get a couple quarters. Very rude and unacceptable policies! Who would seriously want to bank with that bank being treated like that! Thank goodness i found pioneer bank with no monthly fees and they would give me a few dollars of quarters. Corporate will get a call from this google guide. They charge a high monthly fee too. What a shame how this bank acts cause they are the only bank in town. Go to Pioneer!!!

We are very pleased with the bank. We have an account there and also had a building loan through Patrick. We recommend them highly.

First National Bank Trinty is a great bank, they have a professional staff and there when you need them.

Tellers have bad attitudes. Managers are indifferent to customers needs. High fees, terrible service.

Very disappointed with this bank I have been trying to call them few times and I just ended up on voice mail. And finally some Regina answer the phone and told me they send my card few months ago and guest what? They have sent it to the wrong address then I’m still talking confirming my mail address and she hangs up on me.

Pay your Bills every month? Well we do,Try "BILL PAY" with this bank and then every month you will be charged $5.95 every month even if you just pay One bill. This policy is the reason we will not be staying with this bank

Long wait times. Not enough useful employees. No services for non members. Not a member of first national Bank. Not a place I'd recommend.
