First National Bank Rohrerstown Rd, Lancaster

Very happy to hear that 6 additional branches will be closed in Pennsylvania. Good riddance to this bank. Here's to hoping a good bank that teaches their employees great customer service skills swallows up FNB. Visited a branch in Lancaster PA and had to wait in line behind an acquaintance of an employee who was chatting it up and had their puppy on the counter. Unbelievable!

First National Bank is the worst bank I've ever had. Their policies regarding payroll checks and having a one day hold on them is ridiculous. Personal checks, sure, I get that but a check coming from a company, it's stupid. The staff are notoriously unhelpful, i can't write my own deposit slips anymore, the banking app is constantly crashing or refuses my username and password whenever it wants which leaves me without access to keep an eye on my funds, their website is as faulty as their app. I've been at this bank since it was Commerce Bank, which was a great bank then Metro, yet again a great bank. The staff were always friendly and would answer any questions I had in detail. I felt comfortable with them and when I went into the bank it felt welcoming and was always an enjoyable experience. They had great hours which worked with my crazy schedule. The apps always ran smoothly and efficiently and I felt like I could trust the company handling my money. First National Bank, I do not trust, they are everything wrong with banking and they have no care in the world for their customers. If you're considering a bank, take my advice, don't choose this one.

If you like waiting this is the bank for you. Also ridiculously long holds on higher amount checks! 7 business days! Also if you use an atm that is not FNB then you get charged from them and the atm. Never smooth transaction when i need it. I would give zero stars if I could.

Made a deposit in the drive-through today. Not once did the teller speak to me. She did not say good morning she did not say good bye she did not say thank you she did not say have a nice day. Bad customer service skills.

Drive thru is awful and terrible customer service. Thankfully this isn’t my bank.

First National Bank at Rohrerstown rd Lancaster pa is the worst bank that I have ever visited in my entire life. I have experienced on many occasions being treated harshly and unfairly including the manager who acted nastily. None of the managers know how to treat the customer properly, but I tried to ignore it. Today I called and I was treated harshly by one lady. I felt very unhappy about the experience. I wish for the employees to exhibit more professionalism in treating their customers.

Worst bank ever marissa is very Condescending rude she dismissed me several times. Lisa the also is rude and avoids you making her employees answer for her she’s busy. Read all reviews on first national bank before doing business with them. They have a lot of complaints with the bbb they don’t care about their customers.

I went on a Saurday and wanted to speak to customer service (because I work Monday thru Friday). No customer service available. Their customer service person was helping the teller and I was told to come back during the week. I am going today to close my account.

This is the worst First National I have been to. Both lines at drive thru were long as usual. There were only 2 cars infront of me and I waited 40 minutes for my turn!

The staff is so friendly and Willy to take their time and answer every questions.
