    I have never dealt with a Company that the Financial person literally lies and makes excuses of why they haven't called you back. Then they state they have called you several times, after nearly 2 wks just to get an approval on a Mortgage. Then puts out a high number. That's what's good about phone tracing is you can see they have not called. Found another company in 2 days approved already. Glad I moved on or I would be hanging at the end.
