Aaron has been so amazing to work with these past couple of years, having to do a HELOC on our home and so helpful in answering all of my questions. He's knowledgeable and even if he isn't sure about a question asked, he will get the answer for you in a timely manner. I will continue to go to Providence Bank for my needs because of people like Aaron, who is down to earth and a really good person. Also, Erica has been super great as well with answering questions for me as we are refinancing our home. I love this Providence back. people are so friendly and polite. They know exactly what they're doing they catch things if you miss it oh, they had great fraud protection. They make sure that you have the best baking experience that you can have I would suggest this bank to anybody

Classic crooks. I have two fraudulent charges, get overdraft fees by these two fraudulent charges. But this is not all, I tried to dispute them and the manager tells me "Pay it or go to another bank". Probably is more racism than anything else.
