Cristina took my dad and I in without an appointment. She was very sweet and thorough and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process! She's the best! If you need help with a loan I recommend her 110%.

The staff should have better customer service, especially the tall & thin woman with the glasses!!! She proceeded to tell me that “We will need an ID for withdrawals to avoid unnecessary flicking off.” How about avoid petty comments, and simply do your job? I work in Customer Service as well. I wouldn’t have said THAT unnecessary comment.

Coralina seems to be a lazy liar and does not want to do her job she was absolutely horrible she should be cleaning the toilets but the manger woman I delt with was amazing I give her ten stars but coralina needs to get a different job.

I mean the girls are nice but man.. they are slow. I get 30 mins on lunch.. work 5 mins away and still am late every break. What takes 15 mins w no other customers present and 5 women standing around inside? Come on.

I love this bank. It is easy and convenient to go to, especially since it is just downtown. As far as my inside experience, the customer service is good, and they helped me out a lot with my finances. Plus, the accounts I set up here definitely made my daily finances much more convenient.

This is the worst experience ever While I am waiting line for a banker At the bank and the girls at the window are busy the banker is you're sitting back there doing nothing instead of helping and then tried to charge me $10 for a new debit card when mine was stolen and said it's at the bankers discretion and she would not wave the fee so I closed out both of my accounts Immediately
