First Interstate Bank W Francis Ave, Spokane

I have been with them for over a year. They took care of me when homeless via not charging over draft fees and the monthly fee for checking. Though, not sure if they still do the monthly thing fee in general.

My boyfriend opened a business account at this branch and was told that there is a 24 hour hold on deposited chevks. Next check he was given 3 different reasons for th check not beimg funded. Inconsistent informatiom and poor customer service.

Since INB sold to First Interstate, who are fee driven brw, we are in the process of moving and closing our accounts. We really loved INB, customer service, and not fee driven. Today, I made three phone calls to speak with someone at this branch, and I only received a voicemail telling people to call back during business hours Monday thru Friday with times .I called at 10 this morning at three branches in Spokane. What the heck???

4 hours a day? 4 days per week? No check deposit on the ATM, and my phone app does not work. I understand the concern for the pandemic, but this is frustrating.

I banked with INB for years and never had any issues! Since the day they switched to FIB I’ve had nothing but issues. Disappointed and sad to say I am now looking for a new bank.

I wouldn't imagine banking anywhere else! Amazing staff! I gladly trust them with all my financial needs!!!

The staff at division is great. The bank itself is awful. I have banked with Inb forever never had problems with cashing checks now they want to put a hold on it. Very fee driven .I get charged for everything. They are using my money to make money but act like it should be my privledge to bank with them. I’m looking at other banks . Stcu looks like it has far fewer fees and seems more community oriented.

The people that work at this branch are great and always are very helpful when I walk in. The transition from INB to First Interstate has been seamless thanks to this branch. For a business owner this makes my life a little easier.

Strung me out for 6 months for a construction loan. When I had finally had enough the loan officer said he was too busy and too stressed to finish my loan. I asked to speak to the bank manager who said I needed to start over because of the delay - which was totally their fault, I had all my documentation into them months previous. The loan officer told me he was too stressed out and too busy to finish my loan and he was taking a vacation. I will never step foot into this bank or recommend it to anyone!

My wife and I have had our business account at this location for just over a year now. Nothing but 5 star service and friendly employees every time you go by.
