    I don't understand why this bank is so slow in helping people. I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes this morning waiting for the 2 people in front of me to be helped. Every time I go here it's a 20 minute wait, even when I'm the only one at the window. I went to their other location and it literally took me 2 minutes to make my payment.

    I love this bank! I've been with them for 20 years and they've always assisted with every random request that I have. Everything is done timely.
