Closing on a house whether you are the seller or the buyer can be a painful experience. Nothing of that sort with First International Title in Key West and Mendy, their representative. I cannot find enough laudatory adjectives to describe how she handled that. With a bright smile and a very good sense of humor she didn't leave any of our questions without answers. Her follow-up during the whole process, before, during and after closing has been second to none. I strongly recommend this company and I commend Mendy for a job very well done. We had two occasions to work with Mendy. The first time we were buyers and most recently as sellers. We have purchased and sold several properties in Vermont. We had never heard of a Title Company and didn't understand the process. Mendy is excellent at her job.
