Used to bank here here for years. The tellers are pretty friendly and customer service is good along with good parking. They had remolded this branch several years ago which really helped. - Plenty of parking. Be safe though because it can have heavy traffic at times. - The drive thru gets busy, but there is plenty of lanes. Just look for the “Open” lit signs for which lanes are ready for you. - What I’m not happy with was the personal and business account fees and the way the transaction fees were handled for the checks in the deposits. Those fees really added up each month. And, the rates seem to keep jumping up every so often.

Customer service takes quite time to process, which other banks can do a faster and better job.

This bank has horrible customer service. Due to their mobile app not showing a transfer my account was overdrawn and has several overdraft charges. They claim this is not a bank error. I will not be stuck with a bad debt on my credit because of these horrible people. I am taking this to the highest authority. These people are scumbags that do not care about you or your family!

it is now apparent that First Tennennessee Bank practiced a game of deceit when it comes to actually shelling out that $200 fir a nrw account! if you don't ask for it when you start the account they won't pay you-no grave period no reminders nothing-it's just deception with a smile. When I find a party that practices deceit I have nothing to do with them! if they are going play games with their clients' money then they are likely to their employees of their fair wages Is it any wonder that their changing their name in the next month or two? Yes, the lady has gotten a reputation, but as Shakespeare says, a rose by any other name would smell as sweet! Likewise, a pile of Do-Do smells the same, too!

First of all it seems now normal and expected for banks and First Tennessee to open when it’s convenient for THEM and not for customers.... if you have a job you are just screwed. The hours and availability are horrendous... try to have your own business- and US Bank is no better. National banks should come to Cookeville and close these places. But there is no competition so we are all worse off. Horrible and uncaring.

I haven't had anything amazing from this bank and they don't really offer anything to really make you feel like you have to go to them but I've never had a bad experience. I had a dispute with an account but it was nothing that they did and they were very nice and courteous the whole way. Every time I have to go in for something things are very fast and efficient and I'm usually in and out faster than I have at any other bank I've ever had. I don't understand the negatives that people are leaving and as a huge bonus if you ever losose your atm atm they are able to make a new one right then and there. That has helped me in situations soich. I'd recommend honestly but I wouldn't say they are the best thing out there.

This is the worst bank my wife has ever banked at! I am glad we closed her account and she came to Regions with me! First when she went to cash a check from her work a few months ago and they told her they could not do it because we her account was overdrawn in which she has never overdrawn in her life! Next the teller deposited an extra $100 in the account when we did not notice this had happened and now we have to pay that back but they wanted to wait 4 months to try and collect this money from us! The teller manager was the worst person ever and extremely rude! I told them I would pay $50 and the teller or bank be responsible for the other half! She said we got the money and it is our problem! Whatever you do, do not bank here!!!!!

Started an account here because the bank I've been using is not in town and has become too much of a hassle to keep up with. Everyone at First Tennessee was very willing to help, even though I came in during the last hour of the work day. Jeremiah, in particular, was excellent and very helpful in getting the correct account with just the right bells and whistles for me. Very much recommend them (and him)!

They put my money in someone else’s account. They didn’t realize until I raised hell about it and made them look. This was the final straw after a couple other issues on their end. This is probably why they changed their name - they are tying to avoid the negativity attached to it. However, Jeremiah is a very helpful guy. Easy to talk to, and he was a great help. But I had an awful experience with this company.

WORST BANK EVER. Customer service SUCKS! You never can talk to someone when you call no matter what number you press on the automated system. The ONLY reason I have an account here is because my Fiancé's account is where we combined to. I am currently persuading him to switch. WOULD NEVER COMMEND THIS BANK. Might I add, it takes 24 hours for a deposit to show up....
