First Horizon Bank N Main St, China Grove

Been here 5 years and never 1 problem. Our card info was stolen twice and both times they got right on it and even refunded one that the company involved was taking forever to do. Would not be anywhere else.

Trust the overall rating and save yourself from banking here. I should have left a long time ago when I had a bad experience but my new one was finally my last straw. Basically rob you with overdraft fees and their customer service/attitudes are and is not the best it should be.

Lori Allerton is the best loan officer. She is always supportive and shares updates often. Helping people to fix their credit and providing wonderful programs which allows first time home owners the opportunity to own their own home.

Went through the second lane drive through this evening an hour before closing, there was only one car ahead of me and 2 in the other lane, the teller was VERY rude didn't say a word to me, made me wait 5 minutes just sitting there to tend to the 2 people who came in AFTER me, she didn't say "hey how are you" or asked how she could help, I had to hit the call teller button to let her know I needed a check cashed then deposited all she said was "okay" when she was finished she gave me the deposit receipt and couldn't even say "have a nice day" or anything, but yet she talked to the people in the first lane no problem, I realize she was probably ready to go home but she still has to talk to the people coming!

If I was to place a 0 as a star it will be the best way to review this bank. It has the worst customer service ever!!

I have been with this bank since 2003 I believe, never never have I had bad service. They are always ready to assist with whatever issues I may be having at the time. And with a smile!! They are all wonderful!!

There should be a zero stars option because this bank by far should not be operating to the public. Definitely not inviting personalities, as soon as I came in everyone looked up then kept there heads down. The teller handed me a large amount of money with no envelope wouldn't even count it in front of me didnt say a word. Had to count it to her and grabbed my own envelope couldnt get out there fast enough.

I have always had a pleasant experiences when either visiting the counter or drive-thru. The employees have always treated me professionally and friendly as you would expect from a serious hometown bank.

What bank ever! Took the 4 months to get us our money on a return we had to file all sorts of reports against them with Federal reserve before they gave it back.
